Beautiful 2 BR condo within walking distance of everything Green Valley has to offer!

If you are looking for a rental that is not in the hustle and bustle of the strip, but you still want to enjoy terrific shopping, casino nightlife, weather and recreation that Las Vegas offers, than this is a great choice! Plus, you are a short 10 minute drive for when you do want to head into the heart of the Las Vegas strip.

When you stay here, you are less than a five minute walk to the wonderful Green Valley Ranch Casino Resort and The District shopping and entertainment area. Wake up and walk down to the District for coffee or a full breakfast, and at the end of the day, dine at one of the many fine dining options, or go next door to enjoy the casino nightlife of Green Valley Ranch. Finally, if you are more family oriented, you also can walk to the Henderson Community Complex, which has three pools (including a very large splash/kids pool), concert pavilion, and a seasonal farmer's market.

The condo is a two-level, 1100 square foot unit that was remodeled in late 2011. The bottom level has a full kitchen with a bar area, dining area, and a living room with flat screen TV. There is a small patio off of the living area. There also is a powder room and laundry area downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The master has a king sized bed and it's own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a bathroom in the hallway. There also is a foyer with a work area upstairs.

Other amenities include cable and free wifi internet access, and two pools in our condominium complex.

About The Owner

We are mainly reside in Phoenix but enjoy visiting the Las Vegas area several times during the year. We have one small child, so wanted a property that was both child friendly but also convenient to lots of entertainment option.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2011

Location! We thoroughly enjoy being able to walk to the District and Green Valley, as well as being an easy drive to the Strip.

We stayed at this Condo for 2 weeks - it was great getting out of the Minnesota cold. The Condo was true to it's photos. Very clean and maintained with an updated comfortable interior. Location was excellent, we love the Henderson area and are planning a return trip next year. Owners were great to communicate with. Thanks!

How lucky we were to discover this lovely condo! We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you've ever need - appliances, dishes, pots , pans, etc.. Loved the comfortable beds and updated bathrooms with their thick and plentiful towels. The gated grounds are very well kept. We enjoyed sitting around one of the pools and soaking up that good old sunshine almost every day. So much to see and do around there. We did rent a car but discovered we could walk to many restaurants, shops, movies and a casino. The owners are delightful. We had a wonderful stay and it felt like home - and yes we will be back next year!

Perfect for attending workshops at Green Valley Ranch Resort

We stayed here 3 times this year while attending workshops at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, which is right across the street. Perfect place to get away from the resort but still be close. Owner is very helpful and the place is great! Kitchen is fully equipped; place is immaculate, and having a washer & dryer was perfect as we had been on the road a week before arriving this last time.

We rented the condo from July 18th through the 25th. We loved the condo, was just as pictured and perfect for us!! We had a few small issues, which the owner, who was always available, took care of quickly and to our complete satisfaction. It was so close to the district, casino, restaurants and family. We will certainly stay there again when visiting the area!
