Relax on the patio while gazing at South Mountain and enjoying a cool beverage. Enjoy your stay in Phoenix in our welcoming townhome. The place is tiled throughout with carpeting in the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms and the full bath are on the second floor. The guest room has a day bed with a pull-out trundle. Newly furnished. Close to Arizona Grand resort. Only about 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Four pools within the community available for you to use. Great hiking on South Mountain only minutes away. Pointe South Mountain community borders the scenic Grand Golf Course. Conveniently located close to Baseline and I10.

Why Kathy chose Phoenix

Originally bought this condo when our daughter was living in Phoenix. She is now back in WI but we enjoy the Pointe South Mountain area so much we decided to keep the place as it is a great vacation spot. We love to spend time here when our schedules allow.

What makes this townhome unique

We especially enjoy the access to the various pools. A favorite activity is hiking in the Park which is only minutes from our door. There is a Mexican restaurant nearby that was featured on Diners, Dives and... Great food, reasonably priced, run by three sisters -- a spot we frequent often. Watching the Brewers play while they are in town for Spring Training is a 'must do' when we time our visit right.
