This tropical paradise is very private and serene. Stunning ocean views from almost every room. Arrive at the gated property and enter a motorcourt that holds 16 cars. The entrance is impressive and has 25 foot ceilings. The great room is HUGE and has a grand piano , pool table and flat screen tv as well as 20 foot ceilings. and a fireplace.The media room is decked out with a flat screen, karaoke machine and '' love sack'' a huge bean bag chair as well as leather recliners to relax in, with a fireplace. Off the media room is a big terrace with a gazebo, hammock and near by fire pit. The '' Lava Lounge'' is a cozy nook to read and relax in. There is a grand dinning room that seats 10 and a gorgeous cooks kitchen with oversized center island and top of the line appliances, with an attached wrap around terrace for out door dinning. Thare is also an office on this floor as well.

The house is on 2 main levels with a third level below , that has the pool, jacuzzi and waterfalls cascading into the pebble tech pool. the pool level is complete with a '' zen- spa'' room with sauna. There are chaise lounges and a double bed built into the wall, with curtains that enclose it ...perfect for afternoon siesta! Its a total spa experience! Then up to the third floor where the main bed rooms are. The master has it's own private terrace with a KILLER ocean view. Also great for watching the sunset or sunrise. Views of Catalina Island ... Also have a telescope you can set up for amazing star gazing, no city lights to dim the starry nights here! The master has a king sized leather sleighbed, velvet down sofa, flat screen tv, an office attached fireplace, HUGE bathroom with a double shower and 2 private water closets..

All bedrooms have private baths One has a double bed and the other bedroom is huge ( 2 bedrooms combined) with a queen bed and a twin bed, ( perfect for kids, ) with a 50'' tv, xbox and huge attached bath. This bedroom is nearest to the sportcourt for basketball. All this on a beautiful private 1 1/2 acres, plus a good old fashioned porch swing in the front yard!

A dream vacation

I am writting this review to thank Pamela for an amazing vacation. The house was truly paradise. The pool was surrounded buy tropical foliage, palm trees, and waterfalls. We felt like we were in in the middle of a rainforest.
The ocean views were unbelievable. On the main floor of the property, we had three different seeting areas to take in the views and ocean breezes. My favorite spot was the roof top. Words can not even begin to describe the view from up there.
The master bedroom was huge, and the balcony right off the master was something special. It over looks the pool, and it has a topical Balinese feel to it. Its a perfect spot to have your morning coffe and just chill with a book.
We were 2 families with kids, and the house was so kid friendly, that we didnt even feel them. They enjoyed the pool table, basketball court, and of course the pool and jaccuzzi. We roasted marshmellows in the firepit aswell.
The kitchen was great. We did all of our cooking in the house. We felt no need to go to any restaurants.
Pamela had mentioned some names of unique restaurants and hangouts in the area.
We were a bit lazy this time, but next time we stay in the property, we are planning on getting all the hiking and reatauant tips from her. She realy knows what shes talking about, and she is always happy to help.
English is not my first language, so I am trying my best to put my experience into words.
I have stayed at more than 12 properties in Malibu in the past few years. they were all beautiful, but Pamelas property had it all. I will defanitely be coming back.

Great Place to Celebrate

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here. It was great. We arrived on Friday with our 2 boys. They played in the pool and they played basketball. On Saturday we hosted our anniversary party at the home. The house was able to accommodate all of our guest. We had a lovely ceremony in the backyard. If I had it to do all over again I would defiantly choose this house again. The owner was really nice and communicated well with me.

What a magical time spent in this Malibu Mansion!

Gorgeous grotto for hot tubbing and dipping pleasure with waterfalls to frolic beneath...Rooftop star gazing so high up the hillside one is enveloped by the cosmos...Beautiful dining room to feast around before time to wander into the luscious living room to be serenaded by grand piano tunes while lounging and dancing...an array of places to rest one's head from comfy beds to a sultry sofa nook to a gigantic bean bag...

The owner Pam is awesome and on top of all things rental related. Sincerely an absolute pleasure. Good vibes all around. Go Andromeda!!! : )

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this gorgeous Estate. I had my wedding reception there of about 50 guests and out of town family members along with me and my fiace stayed there the other days. Everyone fell in love with the house, we all felt really comfortable and it was a great place to stay with family with plently of rooms, amenities. Pam was increadibly helpful, generous and went out of her way to make sure everything looked amazing for my wedding. PAM THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!! I appreciated all of your help. Our wedding ceremony was on Point Dume State Beach, and this property was only 5 minute drive up the hill. It was the pefect location for my small intimate wedding. Thanks again for opening the doors to your home and allowing people enjoying this beautiful place.

AMAZING PERFECT FALL GETAWAY FOR BIRTHDAY!

I just stayed at Pamela's beautiful home and let me tell you, the pictures don't even do it justice. The size of this place is incredible! The kitchen was perfect for hosting a bunch of people cooking for 3 days straight! She has everything you need and keeps the place super stocked, just bring people, food and drink and you have the perfect recipe for a weekend of relaxation. We stayed with several other couples, and Saturday night doubled in attendance and there was PLENTY of room for everyone to spread out. The views, the jacuzzi, the grill, the basketball court, the firepit and fireplaces, the rooftops, etc just made the whole affair feel right at home. I couldn't have possibly had a better experience. I didn't want to leave. Neither did our dogs! If you are thinking about Malibu, GO WITH THIS PLACE!
