Our spacious villa enjoys a beautiful location in the *****Watersong resort in Davenport near Orlando, Florida. The villa has a private pool and a extended pooldeck and gamesroom.*****Watersong is located in a quiet countryside, where you can enjoy the tranquility. *****Watersong is a gated resort and has a large clubhouse with a large pool, lounge/meeting rooms, fitness room,tabletennisroom, putting green and an outdoor volleyball/soccer field and playground for children.

The villa is fully European furnished and features a jacuzzi, swimming pool and games room.

Our villa can be rented for up to 8 people.

The villa is extremely well situated for exploring Florida. So the resort is surrounded by golf courses and for example Disney World is just 15 to 20 minutes by car.

Dear Hil & Joost,

A beautiful and very tastefully decorated house, beautiful pool and pool deck, lovely jacuzzi, wine bottle in the fridge ..... from the moment we arrived we felt right at home here!

We mainly lived outside and it's nice and quiet with occasional nature sounds.
Especially early morning silence was deafening!

Definitely a place we love to come back ... and who knows we become here also neighborhoods (.

Hi Hilma and Joost,

What a coincidence that I met you sometime early this year on board (to Atlanta) as a passenger, and heard about your vacation home in Florida!
I kept the Florida Vacation Business Card well and at home I quickly looked on the Internet and booked this week.
Since this summer KLM also flies to Miami, so it was very good.

And OMG .... what a lovely Villa. ("house" is really too simple description of what we find here!), fully equipped.
A resting point, despite Disney World Crowds, in a special Florida holiday.

Roy and I are here with our two boys, 7 and 15 years and both love it here super!
Little Binc 7 years old thinks your house is even the most fun (!) of the entire vacation! Must be the pool .....
So we have enjoyed, everything was perfect and we've tried everything on leaving as clean as we have found it .... just that nice bottle of wine from you (thanks) we cracked the bottle.
We will be back again! See you / talk to you (PC) or on route ....

Dear Joost and Hilma,

We like to thank you very much that we could stay two weeks in your villa.

The house is completely finished, every day we discovered new gadgets, TOP!

After one day sweating in the amusement parks it is good to know that the pool is waiting.

We liked "Animal Kingdom" surprisingly good, much less hectic and shorter waiting times.

A handy app "undercovertourist.net" has information on each attraction waiting times and times of performances.

Boating on an airboat is an unusual experience.
It is just 1 hour drive away, surrounded by nature, see folders in the villa.

Also "Seaworld" is very nice with two cool rides and fun shows.

On Monday and Tuesday is quieter than in the weekends.

We enjoyed it very much.

In the Netherlands, on TV there was a broadcast program titled "Villa Felderhof”.

Mr. Felderhof received in his namesake villa guests, and he was there himself.

That is the only difference with your villa HiJo Residence.

We enjoyed very much your accommodation, luxurious and stylish design and will be pleased to remember our stay in your palace.
