It has a master bedroom, guest bedroom and den, 2 en-suite bathrooms, front entry porch and lanai, high vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom & great room & a 180 degree unobstructed ocean & coastline view. Laminate floors grace all rooms & living areas with ceramic tiles in the kitchen & bathrooms.

Ocean views can be enjoyed from the lanai, master bedroom, great room & kitchen. Local fauna inhabit the surroundings so morning song birds will greet you. This home welcomes friendly visitors who can provide love, laughter & relax while owners are not resident. Enjoy the privacy of being in a home & the ease of being close to local Hawaiian nature & culture, nearby shops & restaurants.

Great Room & Fully equipped modern kitchen: The owners lovingly picked comfortable fine furniture with rattan, banana leaf, sea grass and teak accents, relaxing colors & a fresh tropical décor through-out creating a totally stress-free Hawaiian Big Island experience. The open plan which comprises the kitchen/dining/living area is particularly inviting. Premium stainless steel appliances: electric glass-top stove, oven, side-by-side fridge & freezer with crushed icemaker & cold, filtered drinking water, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with grinder, Cuisine art blender & food processor, juicer & mini cupcake maker. When dining in you can prepare meals with a complete set of cookware, bake ware & cooking utensils. Corian countertops through-out kitchen and on island. The kitchen opens onto the dining room & elegant great room.

All the comforts for a great home-away from home: 2 flat screen cable TVs, broadband internet with Wi-Fi, DVD player & CD-MP3-IPod player are provided for your enjoyment; 100% cotton linens & covers for one king sized bed in spacious master bedroom, one queen in 2nd bedroom & one queen top quality fold-out sofa in den. Light 100% cotton blankets are also provided to ensure just the right warmth during the tropical nights. Top of the line brand new Simmons Beauty rest mattresses make for a great sleep.

We know there is total Aloha here all around you with the experiences and a culture we have found to be so close to our hearts. The trip worth the stay. The Home is just wonderful. Everything perfect, full of optionals and lovely furnished. Staying for 8 days we could really appreciate love and passion that the entire space gave to us.
Very, very peacefull, but close to the main attraction as well.

We loved our stay in this home! We arrived late in the evening on Christmas Day. A large welcome basket greeted us as we opened the door. The view, spacious rooms and quiet neighborhood made our stay fabulous! The owners have thought of every amenity to make our visit comfortable! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
