About Tim McAvoy

My wife and I grew up in the mountains of Alberta, but we love the ocean. Ever since we visited Victoria we've been going back to vacation as often as we can. As our family grew, we found Vancouver Island to be the perfect place to take the kids. They couldn't get enough of the ocean. We hope you'll enjoy all that Victoria has to offer. We chose this location for many reasons. One being the quality and standards of the building itself and the fact that the Falls is such a high quality product. Another reason is the ideal location. It is close to the Inner Harbour, Cook St. Village, Beacon Hill Park, and to paths for walks along the water with mountains views. It is close enough to walk to everything. Markets, cafes, banks, shops, video stores, and more are just minutes away. It is just right on so many levels. Things To Do Onsite: - cascading waterfalls - lush gardens - fitness center - outdoor swimming pool - poolside lounge

What makes this condo unique

A wonderful place

Attended a wedding in Victoria and lucky enough to find this apartment downtown. This apartment was everything we expected it to be; clean, convenient, and an easy place to stay.
Many thoughtful touches throughout the apartment made it feel like a "home away from home". Definitely worthwhile should be staying in the Garden City!

A bit British, a bit Canadian

My husband and I, plus a friend visiting from England, stayed at this condo in late September for one week. The condo was everything the description said and more. We prepared both simple and large family sized meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed in the spacious and well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms and closet space were more than adaquate for our needs. Although we did not use the pool because of the late season the seating area around the pool was very inviting. This condo is within walking distance of many of the local attractions, the museums, a drug store, China Town, the local shopping area's, Fishermans Wharf, and Ogden Point. The balcony was used on the sunny afternoons and afforded us a lovely respite from our travels. Many a cup of tea or a glass of wine was enjoyed while people watching from the eight floor. Although the street noise was annoying during the day, it was not bothersome at night and we enjoyed a good nights sleep on the very comfy beds. This condo would be great for anyone visiting Victoria who would rather walk than drive to the attractions in the Inner Harbour area.Those with a vehicle will appreciate the secure parking area below the building which is also very easily accessed. Both Krissy, who gave us a tour of the building, and Tim the owner, were very helpful, courtious, and promt when dealing with us.

Great for our wedding group

We booked 2 condos at the falls for our group, one on the 7th floor & this one on the 8th. (Both units are great.) The unit is very nice and in a fantastic location downtown. Our group arrived in Victoria at noon, flying in from Toronto, and were able to check in a little early, this was really appreciated, as we had to go to a pre-wedding dinner in Metchosin later that day. The property is very secure, with a fob needed to access the parking garage, the lobby, & even your floor from the elevator. Downtown Victoria is pedestrian friendly, and this unit is within easy walking distance to everything around the harbour. We highly recommend!!!

Delightful Condo Visit at The Falls, Victoria.

The condo was amazing! It was clean and very well equipped. From the modern granite kitchen, the city views were expansive. Its location enabled us to walk to all Victoria Harbour Front and downtown activities. The outdoor heated swimming pool provided opportunity for laps in the morning before jogging along the ocean. It is directly across the street from a historic pub which provides opportunity for darts, roof top volleyball, pool games and delicious food.

Wonderful Three Week Stay

My husband and I spent 3 weeks in this perfectly located condo in January of this year. We had such a wonderful time using this lovely location for walks to the market and the orchestra and the harbor and The Empress for breakfast and the incredible park nearby for strolls that went on and on to the water's edge and even further on a winding sidewalk! We also drove to the mountain for skiing and for stops along the way going and coming. When we were in the condo we found it to be nicely appointed with all we needed and more. Our interaction with the owners was always friendly and immediate. They use a concierge service that meets you on arrival with friendly smiles and all sorts of handy information that they will personalize to your own desires. As this tells you...we loved it and hope to return soon.
