Villa, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Spend your vacation in paradise! This 'tree house' villa was completely renovated in the winter of 2013. Just about a block to the beach, this villa will soon become a favorite.

Cook “at home” in the kitchen with new counters and new appliances. With new paint, hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room, new flat screen TVs, you will find this villa fresh and inviting. The owner lives here during the winter, so it was furnished with comfort in mind.

This cozy villa would be perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4. There is a king bed and a queen bed and a sleeper sofa with 2 bathrooms.

You can purchase guest amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club for $25 day or $150/week. We offer lower rent so you can decide which days you want to play tennis or golf or go to the pool.
