About Susie Katz
We are an outdoorsy family with some who like to ski, bike, hike, fish, swim, shop, play tennis and golf. We enjoy many of the excellent local restaurants in Carbondale, Basalt, Aspen and Glenwood Springs!
Susie Katz purchased this condo in 2002
Why Susie Katz chose Carbondale
We chose living at The Ranch because of the many outdoor activities that are available in the Roaring Fork Valley.
What makes this condo unique
Because of its distance from Denver, this area still has the charm of 'the old West', rural, picturesque, and uncrowded. Just out the front door there are 8 miles of walking and biking dirt trails along creeks from the Roaring Fork River. We are in a mountain valley here that is just a bit higher than Denver so the weather is warm on Summer days and cool at night. It is well worth the trip.
