Stunning views of the Garraf National Park. Private pool, heated for extended swimming season. Spacious accommodation with several large bedrooms, dining areas and sitting rooms. Ideal for large groups and special occasions.

The villa is perfect for large groups of friends or family and special celebrations. Its spacious bedrooms & grounds, large communal eating/seating areas & 2 car parks provide both privacy & space for everyone. The private pool is heated when necessary in March, April, May and October for an extended swimming season. The location is fantastic. Great for walks in the Garraf Natural Park opposite. Only 40 mins drive to culture and shops of Barcelona, 35 mins to airport, 10 mins to Sitges beaches, horse riding & golf courses, 5 mins from tennis courts and 20 mins to the famous Penedes & Cava wine regions where you can go on wine tours to Freixenet, Cordoniu and Torres to name but a few.

In the winter months the house is rented with 6 centrally heated bedrooms. Fans are provided in all the rooms. The house is suitable for large groups, families or special occasions with great facilities for adults, teenagers and/or children and the room for everyone to have their own space to relax and enjoy themselves.

Sant Pere de Ribes nearest town 10 minutes drive: has supermarket, modern large public swimming pool, gym, saunas, jacuzzi and tennis courts. Can Lloses 10 minute walk - famous local restaurant with a bar.
