Beautifully decorated, this condo has a queen bedroom, equipped galley kitchen and a balcony with mountain views. There is ample covered parking next to the unit as well as being conveniently located steps away from one of the many beautiful pools and tennis courts.

The complex is situated in a quiet park like setting with mature trees, rolling lawns and mountain views which creates that wonderful Zen feeling. With the minimum age being 25 years or older, peace and tranquility abound here in this community with 6 pools, 2 tennis courts, a putting green and multiple outdoor BBQ areas. If the dates can be sold, a full refund will be given less a $100.00 cancellation fee.

A non refundable $69.00 will be added to each reservation for Property Damage Insurance. Any and all damages to the property must be reported immediately to the owner and will be the responsibility of the renter.

All reservation rates will be increased by 15% for special events such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, BNP Tennis Tourname
