House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Witness six Synchronized firework shows on the 4th of july (property just became available for this week) or front row seats for sea world fireworks everynight from back yard. An entertainer's dream, with sit down views of the bay and ocean from nearly any part of the home and panoramic views from the pool, spa, large outdoor wetbar/bbq (stainless/commercial equipment) and gas fire pit. The beam structured covered patios (2), and extensive concrete flatwork accommodate 15 or more guests during warm summer sunsets. The black bottom pool/spa has saline technology (no chlorine) with digital multi-colored pinwheel lights and solar heating. You can dial into the central pool command from your cell phone and preheat the spa! There is room on the driveway for a boat, maintaining access to the finished garage. The 1/2 bath serves as an interior and pool guest bath. There is an outdoor hot and cold shower, great after a stoke-filled surf session. Approximately 2300 sq ft.

The interior open floor plan is comprised of hardwood parquet, 18'' slate, 18'' travertine and carpeting. Ceilings are tongue and groove, exposed wood beams sandblasted for a Tuscan effect. Custom cable lighting and recessed spots flood the areas with sensual mood lighting with dimming capability. Kitchen cabinets are natural cherry hardwood, absolute black granite countertops, subzero refrigerator, Dacor warming drawer, Kitchenaid oven and range. The fireplace is detailed with black granite. Three bedrooms, den, two and 1/2 baths. Sleeps up to 6.

A true vacation paradise year round. Watch television or dvds with a new 65'' LED Samsung Smart TV with internet access on the TV. Access Pandora, Netflix and many other applications.

Awesome location, near to San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Wild Animal Park, LegoLand, Balboa Park, Scripps Aquarium, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Coronado Island, La Jolla and just 60 minutes to Mexico. Walking distance to Grocery store and restuarants.

We stayed here for two weeks in July/August with a family of four. The house was great providing a very comfortable place to stay and ideally located for the attractions in the San Diego area. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake allowing us to relax in a very good way. You couldn't wish for a better vacation home.

We were so thrilled when we arrived to find that the home was definitely like what we had envisioned from the photos. The home was so comfortable and perfect for our family. The outside pool area is like a resort with a beautiful view and plenty of space to lounge around. The home itself was so clean, open and situated in the perfect location. We could not have been more pleased:)

Perfect for kids!

I agree with Chris, this house is even better than the pictures. We travelled with our two children who are 11 months and 16 years old respectively and they both loved it. The pool and spa is amazing and we ended up spending several evenings having a BBQ and toasting marshmallows over the fire pit rather than going to restaurant. We did however venture out to an Italian place called Baci which we can highly recommend, some of the best food we have had in ages. The property is perfectly located with a great food store near by and a short drive to Balboa Park, La Jolla and Del Mar. We had a brilliant holiday in this house and have memories we will treasure forever!

Great Location!

The pictures just don’t do this house justice. The back yard was amazing and everything we wanted for our San Diego Vacation. We almost didn’t go anywhere else cause all we wanted to do was hang out in the pool and spa and enjoy the view. There is a grocery store in walking distance and the neighborhood was very nice. The sleeping arrangements were very accommodating and the house was very comfortable and child friendly. We will definitely be staying here next year.

We enjoyed our family and grandchildren in this beautiful, warm and welcoming home. This open, spacious, clean home is perfect for a romantic, intimate getaway and/or for entertaining family and friends. Conveniently located, walking distance to the Bay, biking trails - parks and beaches. Within minutes of the airport, great dining and shopping. We will definitely return and are looking forward to celebrating special occasions and perhaps a holiday or two with family in the ambiance of the ocean and outdoor activity opportunities.
