Enjoy the gorgeous lake view through the windows or from the deck off the back of this secluded, updated lake house on a mountain just blocks from Cove Creek Park. With access to two

boat ramps and plenty of room to park your boat and trailer on the property. Boat rentals are nearby if needed.

Recently renovated, the kitchen is all new, wood floors throughout the top floor with all new tile downstairs. All new paint and hardware make this house squeaky clean and fresh!

Two bedrooms upstairs with 2 sleeper sofas in the living room.

Both upstairs bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans.

Two full size beds downstairs with one twin sleeper.

Accomodates 8 perfectly in beds with up to 13 using sleeper sofas.

Great for a group of couples or multi-families but also lovely for a private getaway for two!

Dine indoors or out on the deck with plenty of seating while you enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Greers Ferry Lake is a manmade lake and is considered one of the cleanest in Arkansas and North America by the EPA. Surrounded by mountains and rock bluffs it is truly a beautiful place on earth.

About The Owner

This is a family owned home and since the children are all grown it isn't used by the family as often. It's too lovely to not offer as an option for others who want a beautiful, quiet place to vacation close to the water.

Why The Owner chose Greers Ferry Lake

This property was chosen to build on in the early sixties when my family learned that the lake was going to be created. We have all loved it and spent many years here boating, swimming, having family fish frys and gatherings.

What makes this house unique

A favorite restaurant is close on the lake that you can drive your boat and dock while dining.

The wonderful tourist town of Heber Springs is only minutes away full of restaurants and shops full of antiques and plenty to do if you have a rainy vacation day.

If interested in Fly Fishing this property has access to a guide that will take you fishing on the Little Red River. He provides everything you'll need but waders. Please inquire for his rates if interested.

Relaxing Stay With Breathtaking View!

We have just returned home from a wonderful stay in Heber Springs. When we pulled into the driveway we could immediately see the amazing lake view! It was so much better than the photos gave it credit for. We were greeted by the infamous Bo! He is the neighbors dog and is very friendly so please don't be alarmed if you see him coming to say hello. He made our stay even better.....loved seeing him through the sliding glass doors laying on the deck. Made us feel right at home!

The home was just as beautiful as the photos. Extremely clean and comfy! For those of you with a boat, there is a very nice ramp down the street at Cove Creek. Great location and beautiful scenery!

The owner is extremely easy to work with which helped to make our stay even better! Thanks Steffany!! Would definitely stay here again!!

The house was just as described on the website. It was clean and comfortable and it has a terrific view of the lake. We had a wonderful time and will be back again soon, I hope.
The owners were very nice and accomodating and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I had neck surgery and could not go out in the boat or get in the lake, and the owners were so gracious and offered a refund of our deposit. However, it was a great place to relax and re-charge after having my surgery.
Wonderful place to stay!!

We had such a great time. We went to surprise my dad on his 60th birthday and I could say enough good things about this place. Very Very clean and beautiful view of the lake. We will be back several times!

FANTASTIC!

I booked this cabin for a bachelorette party weekend. I contacted the owner on late notice (about 24 hrs before arrival) and she was extremely gracious. She answered all questions clearly and was super nice. We met some of the neighbors and they were extremely sweet. I would definitely reccommend this cabin to pet owners. We brought my 5-6wk old kitten with us. All of the girls LOVED IT! :) There was PLENTY of room for the 6 of us to sleep. The decor was beautiful! The view is absolutely gorgeous!! The pictures on here simply do not portray how gorgeous it really is!! I'm hoping to go back sometime soon as a double couple getaway with the newly married bride! :)
The only downside is that it is a little farther away from a grocery store and restaurants than we would have liked....but, that may not be a bad thing for everyone! Next time, we will just stop and get groceries as we go though town.
But, seriously. If you are looking for a nice, clean, modern, spacious, BEAUTIFUL cabin-getaway, LOOK NO FURTHER! :)

PS ~ Bo (the dog) is so sweet and adorable!! He stayed by the house and guarded us at night :)

A Relaxing Retreat

We rented the Lake House to visit the area and fish beautiful Greer's Ferry Lake. The house is very relaxing and has all the amenities you could need for an extended stay. The pictures reflect the property accurately, the owners are very friendly and helpful with information about the area. It is extremely good for anyone wanting to fish the lake, because Cove Creek Recreation area is very close and beautiful.
