7 bedrooms, 4 baths, sleeps 22 Great for family reunions

4,000 sq foot open airy home with fabulous sweeping views of the lake. Located on 4 mm of famous Horseshoe Bend, we are in a smooth, deep water cove--great for fishing and swimming. 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 separate living rooms and a recreation room with air hockey, foosball, games and wet bar. All rooms are very large, so lots of room for everyone. with 2 separate living rooms plus rec room--no need to worry about being crowded!

2 wood burning fireplaces for your enjoyment year round. Out door fire pit for making s'mores. We specialize in large groups and family reunions. Plenty of dishes etc for all.

Wooded, private lot. Parking for 6 cars in paved lot in front of home. Trailer parking at top of hill for 3 trailers or 5 cars.

Come visit and get comfortable--this is your vacation!

Amenities: We provide all linens, towels, soaps, starters of paper towels, toilet paper, cook ware, plates, utensils etc. Large crockpot, mixer, blender, griddle, cakepans, cookie sheets, 2 gas grills. Large fire pit--some wood is available. Cable tv in house and on the dock too. Dvd, stereo, highchair, pack and play. 2 child sized wading pools for the deck.

Swim noodles and basketball hoop over the water at the dock too.

We do have a pontoon available to rent--21 ft Odessey with 13 passenger capacity--comes with a water tube and swim noodles too. Must be reserved ahead of time.

Notes: We also have full sized air hockey, foosball, wet bar, swim noodles, cable tv on the dock! There is a 21 ft Odessy pontoon availabe to rent that holds 13 passengers too. We keep 2 children's wading pools for use on the decks. Top 2 decks have locking gates. This home is available all year--wonderful for those holiday gatherings too.

My family had a great time here in the big house. First time we have been able to get together for a family vacation in a long time.
My grandchildren loved the cove for swimming and the boys love having their own area for playing video games:) The 69 steps made for a good work out:)

Couples Retreat

Our church had a couple's retreat at Lake of the Ozarks. We chose this home since it had so many bedrooms. Seven couples came, and we had a fantastic time:) The kitchen was well stocked, all beds were reported to be comfortable and the view is just as described. The grill is brand new and had 3 full lp tanks! Much more than we could ever use in one stay. The owners had just upgraded the tv to a 55 inch so we were really impressed.
We are definitely recommending this location to all of our friends, and will be returning ourselves this fall:)

Scenic,Relaxing, Fun time for our group

Loved this very large house. Was great for our big group, and the kids especially loved the upper floor where they could be "without supervision" and have their own space, so to speak. The adults loved the downstairs bar area with games where they could have their space as well. The dock was great for just taking it easy, fishing, playing in the water, watching a little tv while relaxing, and just hanging out in general. There was plenty of room for everyone and we were able to take turns having our kitchen duty so no one had to spend too much time cooking or cleaning up. We liked that we weren't too far from the outlet mall so we were able to spend a little time doing some shopping while at the lake. Lots of places close by to eat if we felt like going out. Good view for fireworks too. Boat rental added to our stay, since we were there to just have a leisurely time, kick back, and forget about work. It was nice for our group to all be together, enjoy each others company, and have space to enjoy our own time. We will certainly consider coming back when we get together again in a few years. And enjoyed the fishing tips the owners gave the guys so that they had good success. Thanks for a lovely stay and the use of your house.
