Charming Hampton summer house in the Shinnecock Hills area of Southampton design for maximum light, summer ocean breezes and views of its very private grounds with many mature bushes and flowers at different times of the season. Ideal for 3 couples with private bathrooms, WiFi and TV. Has 3 decks, 16 X 30' swimming pool, outside shower, Weber BBQ, Viking stove, Subzero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher and washer and dryer in the basement. The house stands on a 1.3 acres of land secluded from neighbors on a small, low hill creating a nice breeze. Three bedrooms: a queen size bed and a double bed with full bathrooms and a private deck with beautiful views of the grounds and a limited water view of Shinnecock Bay and the ocean. The main bedroom with a king size bed and half bath faces beautiful greenery and old pine trees. Another guest full-bathroom is in a corridor.

We are next to the Stony Brook University in the Shinnecock Hills area a short driving distance (3 miles) from the Village of Southampton and beautiful Cooper's Beach. You can enjoy golf, tennis and water sports close bye, theater, music, a drawing workshop at the SH Cultural Center and many galleries, shopping and excellent restaurants in the village. You are in an area close to many ocean beaches and bays and the vineyard and antique shops of the North Fork of Long Island. We have one of the finest libraries in the Hamptons with many cultural activities, lectures and bridge sessions.
