This home is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, which gives any family a sense of privacy. The home is very open and is conveniently located near two great golf courses, ski resorts, and 2 private beaches. It’s also a short distance from a large community center, which has a gym, a pool, and basketball courts. It's only a short drive to Tahoe Boulevard, where tourists can find restaurants, bowling, and other entertainment. Casinos and lounges can be found less than 10 minutes away.

New kitchen appliances, a 46" flat screen with Direct TV, and a newly purchased washer and dryer all contribute to the homes comfort. The gas barbecue complements the large deck, where families can eat while enjoying the serenity of Incline Village.

The floor plan is very open. As you walk into the front door, the master bedroom and bathroom is to your right. It is a spacious master with ample closet space. The two guest bedrooms are on the left side of the hallway and both are equal in size. The guest bath is also downstairs and it resides at the end of the hallway. The downstairs is a great sleeping area, but upstairs is where most people spend their time. Everyone is in sight while upstairs because the kitchen, dining room, and living room aren't separated by walls. I found that the layout actually makes a family vacation more personal and intimate. If you're staying for an extended period of time, feel free to use our washer and dryer, which has its own nook near the kitchen.

Great place to stay at Tahoe

We just came back, and we all had a blast! The house was perfect for 2 families with 3 kids total, it was very clean, cosy and well equipped. There was a lot of sunlight in the day. It was very quiet and the kids could sled on the private road leading to the house! We loved that place and will probably come back!

This is a great house for a weekend or longer...close to the beaches at Incline, public parks nearby and lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed and the outdoor grill is first-rate. Very comfortable, easy parking. A wonderful experience!

Family Vacation

The home was exactly as advertised. It is conveniently located near beaches, a golf course, and super market. It was very clean and the upper level was spacious and accommodating to a larger group. The mornings and evenings were cool and we very much enjoyed the view of the lake while eating breakfast and dinner on the deck. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware, the appliances were updated, and the washer/dryer came in handy throughout the week. The property manager was great to work with and was always available to answer questions.

We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an additional 2 nights. There is so much to do in the area; we would recommend this property to couples and/or families.

Convenient and Quiet

On our arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find the house clean and well equipped. Love the layout of the 2nd floor. Nice and open. It is a great house with fabulous mountain views.The rooms were comfortable and inviting. The location was quiet and convenient. The supermarket was just a few minutes away. I'm sure we will be coming back here in the future.

Our trip to Tahoe

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation and we couldn't have asked for anything more! The price was right, too! One really gets a true sense of Tahoe staying at Incline. The cabin location was quiet, being at the end of the culdesac, and also convenietly located, close to beaches(Incline, King's Beach,Sand Harbor), shopping area, and recreation facilities. We worked out at the Incline Rec Center, the kids rented a Sea Doo at King's Beach, and we all kayacked and swam in the clear waters of Tahoe at Sand Harbor. From the cabin deck we used the BBQ and ate dinner with a wonderful view of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and had new appliances. The upstairs had a very open feel to it. We would definitely return to this location again.
