The building is in the heart of Aventura in front of the golf course. Excelent place to walk arround the golf course. Brand new Gym, free parking, swiming pool, Laundry, etc.

Just blocks away from the Aventura Mall, one of the most famous malls in Miami, and top 2 mall of the whole United States in sales.

Linen, towells, paper towell, tissue toilet, etc will be provided. Wash machine and dryer machine are available. Parking space (number 109) is included. Swimming pool, new gym with tvs on treadmills.

La verdad increible!, el apartamento es mucho mas grande de lo que creiamos. Somos una pareja, Javier el dueno nos atendio barbaro, tiene cochera, la cocina esta nueva, lavadora, secadora, cerca de todo!, unas vistas fantasticas y hemos buscado mucho pero por este precio no hay nada. Eso si, no lo recomiendo para chicos jovenes o muchos ninos, el edificio es un edifico tranquilo, lujoso, no se puede hacer mucho ruido y no hay turistas, es para gente que vive en Miami. Fumar no esta permitido.
El gimnasio esta nuevo! realmente super recomendable en todo!! volveremos

We had a gat time in this apartment. It is located in a beautiful neiberhood, just blocks away from the Aventura mall. Kitchen is brand new, brand new Gym too. Great for couples or small families. Internet is availabe, but not from the apartment. The building is quiet and it is not allow to do any noise or parties. Will recommend this to anyone, it is probably the best deal in Homeaway!
