About The Owner

My wife and I have several time share units and enjoy traveling. We just love this resort as we do all the Westin properties we have traded to. Our idea of a vacation is to be able to relax at the pool and the beach. We found our ideal spot when we arrived at the Westin at Lagunamar resort.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2007

We have always heard so much about Cancun and it's historical beauty and the beautiful beaches. We chose the Westin resort to make that dream come true and also have the privilege of trading to other Westin and Sheraton vacation spots.

What makes this villa unique

The many activities and beauty of the pools and the beach makes it all worth the travel to get here. It has sveral pools and pools bars that you can swim up to and slides for the kids to enjoy. The beach is a relaxation point all to itself and our unit is right on the beach. Both balconies are right on the beach. It is truly breathtaking!!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • This unit for the 4th of July week starting the 29th of June to the 6th of July.
  • The Ocesnside unit rents for $2800.00 for the week. The unit will sleep 8.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to hold the unit and the remainder will have to be
  • paid 60 days prior to the vacation week. Call or e-mail your thoughts and I will
  • give you the final directions to rent the week.
