Breathtaking Sunsets!! Lakeside Decks and Gazebo. Lakeside charcoal grill and picnic table. 3 Bedrooms, 1 Queen and 2 Fulls.

*Pontoon Rental Available to Experienced Boaters.

*JUNE - AUG. BY THE WEEK ONLY. SAT/SAT 3pm chk in/ 10am chk out.

Property has been in my family since 1924. We have been renting to the public since 1935. We try to maintain a very family oriented, personal touch, private feel resort. Alot of our families have been here for 20+ years! Once you rent from us, you get first choice for your time slot for the following year.

Beautiful Sunsets! Sandy, shallow bottom that stretches out roughly 300 yards to the drop off. Excellent for children.

I have enjoyed many years of vacations at this secluded spot on Higgins Lake...exceptional wooded area, sun decks, grills, playground equipment, fire pit, gazebo and unbelievable sunsets. My siblings and my children have continued to appreciate the same breathtaking beauty and wilderness that I have enjoyed for so many years. The owners are extremely friendly and hospitable, looking out for the welfare of guests and always willing to lend a helping hand if needed. Ongoing improvements to the cottages provide comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. This is my favorite place on earth!!! I will continue to return every year.

I visit Higgins lake every summer and have rented from various people. I have come back to this location many times either to rent the Pontoon or stay. I have never had a problem with the staff or the accommodations. I guess some people are too well to do to do well. It's a place to relax and enjoy beautiful Higgin's Lake, not order steak and lobster. They tend to miss out on the charm of this location and lash out the owner's expense I think. What's a "fiew" anyway?
That being said, I would have to say that I felt comfortable and enjoyed myself while at this location more than others I have visited. Can't wait for next summer. Highly Recommend if point wasn't obvious.

Awesome Owners;
Friendly, accomadating,there when you need them.
Awesome spot on the lake, almost directly across from the Island.
Wonderful!!! need I say more.

A Real Up-North Treat!! Cozy Cabins with a Postcard Setting - Cannot Recommend Highly Enough!!

We have been staying at these cottages for years with our friends and family. The cabins are consistently very clean and well kept. We always feel like we are walking into our very own lakefront cabin. The owners go the extra mile to ensure that our stay exceeds our expectations. The cabins offer plenty of privacy and enough space for the whole family. These cabins also boast one of the largest private beaches on the lake. There is a large dock going out into crystal clear Higgins Lake that has plenty of room for all to enjoy. They have moorings for your boat right out in front of the cabins and they recently started renting large pontoons, for those that don't have their own boat (at a very reasonable rate to boot). There is a huge deck right down at the beach which we use almost every night. There is nothing like having some burgers and brats while soaking in that million dollar sunset!! Throw in an adult beverage or two and you have your own slice of heaven!! I can't say enough about this place. We have definitely fallen in love with it and will definitely be coming back for years to come. I am confident you will feel the same.
