An affordable luxury villa (with private pool/spa) in the gated, prestigious Solana resort community, your perfect home away home for your Orlando, Florida vacation. It is only 15 min. to Walt Disney World and Sea World, and Universal is about 25 min. away. In addition, the villa has a modern kitchen, large living/family room, and a special dinning room. After a fun day at the parks, relax in the back patio with your own private pool and a spa. The garage is converted to a game room with air hockey and pool table. Local phone calls and internet access via WI-FI and a desk top computer are provided for free.

Solana Resort Community: The Solana resort community has a modern clubhouse with a large resort pool and spa, children's water play area, video arcade, gym room, sand volleyball court, putting green, free resort clubhouse WI-FI,and recreation field.

The community swimming pools can be used all year round. Even in winter months, the community pool and spa are continuously heated.

Further Details: Our local management company and the resort guest services are there to offer help and advice.

The villa is on one level so it can accommodate for most guests including elderly and young children.

It is available for Weekly rentals bookings; however, Long term (Over 1 Month), Short term (3 Days Or Fewer), and Corporate Bookings are negotiable.

Other Conditions: All Linen, and towels are provided

Cleaning fee is included for stays of 1 week or more.

Pool heating for your private pool is available at an additional cost and may be needed for bookings in winter months.

No pets allowed.

No Smoking is permitted in the villa.

We had the most relaxing time during our stay in your vlla. The accommodations were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable.
