Inside, the floor plan offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, custom cabinetry, display niches & distinctive use of organic materials, stone tile & iron hardware. Luxurious great room and dining room open to the gourmet kitchen with extended alder center-island, granite counter tops & slate floors. Viking appliances. The master bedroom features his & her closets, corner fireplace & private access to outdoor spa. A separate outdoor entrance to the upstairs bonus room overlooking the front entry courtyard with generous size room with it's own wet bar & full bath. The Hacienda's have there own Village Pavilion with pool, spa & fitness room.
