We really enjoyed our vacation in La Jolla in this spacious recently renovated apartment decorated in a modern style. The owners prepared and outfitted the accomodation for their guests with care and anything you may need is available for living and recreation. Private parking in the garage under the building is very convenient. No need to cruise around. The area breathes a relaxed oldfashioned californian atmosphere. Additional activities can be found in La Jolla Cove a 35 min walk or 5 min drive away.

One of our best stays in La Jolla! The flat is truly very well located with tennis, pool and spa, all very clean and well maintained. The flat is spacious, newly decorated, and very comfortable (great beds!) and a wonderful terrace with a pretty view of Mount Soledad and the ocean. Real walking distance to beach and restaurants. The owners are really kind and friendly.

Remarkable Location

My husband was turning 55 and we wanted to do something special and boy was this special. This condo is perfect in every way. Everything we needed was right there, inside and out. La Jolla Shores is one of the best beaches in California! Someone worked really hard to make sure all that we needed was at our finger tips - music, beach towels, cooler and a fully equipped kitchen. This home is very clean and well appointed.
We walked to La Jolla Cove every day, with ocean views along the entire route. Just loved taking the very short walk to the beach, barbequing dinner right on the beach while the sun set and sitting on the patio relaxing with refreshments, watching the ocean. The beach is very clean and it offers great waves for surfing, body surfing and swimming. You can rent kayaks, snorkel/scuba equipment and bicycles around the corner.
Great restaurants and food choices surround this vacation getaway. There is information on where to eat and what to do in a binder in the home. We followed the advice and it was all perfect and right on. Piatti’s has delicious food – try the dessert with ice cream and espresso. You will crave for more. If you wanted to, you could park your car and never get back into it until it is time to leave.
An extra plus was the updated clubhouse – much more than just a pool and Jacuzzi.
We plan to come back with our children – they place is stocked for active families – surf board, boogie boards, sand toys and more.
The worst part of our trip was having to leave. My husband and I were trying to figure out how we could stay a few days longer.

Absolutely Perfect!

The location is absolutely ideal and the views are fantastic! There are beautiful views of the ocean and Mt. Soledad from the living room or from the large outdoor patio! Once we arrived we never got in our car again, we walked to the restaurants, Kellogg Park, kayaking and all the attractions including the Cove. We would head down to the beach (1 ½ blocks away) every night around 5pm and invariably see a school of dolphins feeding! This unit had more amenities then I realized including coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and even a surfboard! The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped with kitchenware’s, linens and plenty of beach towels. I loved the modern clean look and feel of it! We will definitely be back!
