A wooden floored drawing room enjoys a trendy working fireplace and sliding doors to the spacious sunny terrace leading on to the swimming pool and further onto an amazing Nicky beach style 'chill out' lounge with bar and independent shower room, thus easily utilized as a guest suite.

We have enjoyed this Villa very much. It is located at a great location just between Marbella and Puerto Banus, only 50 meters from the beach. Also close to many great restaurants and shops. We were welcomed by very friendly hostess which shows us around and gave as an introduction to the home and the area. The Villa was cleaned twice during our stay. Overall I can recommend to anybody to stay in this Villa, a real home away from home!

Living in Marbella for the last 8 years I knew what area was a must have in terms of location. Calle Goya is fantastically positioned to enjoy the best of what the Marbella area has to offer.

Being second-line to the Beach on the Golden Mile is great for strolls along the Paseo, with its cafes, beach bars and restaurats and a stones throw from the Marbella Club and Marbella Town Centre.

The villa is very private with the living areas close to the pool and secure garden with lush planting. Amazing mountain views are afforded from the master suit and huge upstairs terrace.

AMAZING VILLA IN A PERFECT LOCATION

We had an incredible long-term stay at this amazing villa (2 months). The house is really as nice as it looks in the pictures, and in fact even better as it has beautiful views from the terraces on the upper floor master suite. The villa was kept in great condition, well-appointed and nicely designed for a family stay. The whole property was very clean and tidy when we arrived, and kept that way during our stay with regular house and pool cleanings twice per week. We were there with two young children and felt it was very child-friendly. And the location is perfect - a two minute walk down the hill to the paseo maritimo, restaurants and resorts; about 30 minute walk to Old Town along the paseo; and walking distance to several grocery stores (we did not have a car). The villa manager, Georgiana, was also so wonderful - like having our own personal five star concierge! I highly recommend staying here and we hope we can go back someday!
