Minutes from Bell Rock and other great hiking spots, Sedona Golf Resort, Oak Creek Country Club, Canyon Mesa Country Club, The Hilton Spa, Oak Creek Outlet Mall and many great restaurants. 10 minutes from uptown Sedona. Enjoy the use of our 3 - 4 person hot tub on the back patio

Get away to the incredible red rock formations found only in Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon; a hiking, biking and photographers wonderland.

Great Accommodation in The Village of Oak Creek
We walked into a large open concept living and kitchen space, clean throughout! The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, condiments, equipment and utensils for every need. Both bedrooms upstairs had walk-in closets and ensuites. The only minor inconvenience was a smoke alarm battery that died during the night setting off its warning beeps which had our son up to disengage it. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Location! Location! Location!
Very near hiking, shopping and restaurants. Away from the busy-ness of Sedona traffic. Loved having a grill and lots of places for everyone to sit and relax.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this townhouse because of its location in the Village of Oak Creek, its proximity to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities and it is zoned commercial so short term vacation rentals are not a problem. The townhouse is spacious (1240 SF) and built with the highest quality materials and furnishings such as granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The Village of Oak Creek which is in our opinion the best location in the Sedona area as the traffic is much less congested than West Sedona, Uptown Sedona or Oak Creek Canyon. We have great views of the Red Rocks. Sedona is one of the top tourist destinations in the world with year round travelers. Every day is a weekend.

What makes this property unique

Our townhouse is located close to Bell Rock. It has great views and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We provide coupons for 10% off at Cucina Rustica, a great Italian restaurant close to our townhouse. We are close to 3 golf courses, tennis, hiking and biking. There is a great bakery right across the street. We include a free round of golf at Canyon Mesa Country Club when you purchase another round, and discounted rates at Sedona Golf Resort, Oak Creek Country Club. Coupons are on our Welcome Table. All locations are close to our townhouse. We have an 3 person hot tub on the back patio and it is only for the use of our unit B renters. It is so relaxing after a long day of hiking, biking or other outdoor activities.
