Before 12/07 and past high season little rates for an occupation with 4 persons. Spacious villa (160 m²) with modern furniture and 1200 m² enclosed grass garden with trees. It offers a large living room of about 50 m², suite, open fireplace, large glass sliding doors to the enclosed grass garden behind the house with views onto a small green valley. The garden in front of the house allows car parking. Garden furniture is available. The house is near the centre of old St. Cast village. Shops are in the neighbourhood. The road leading to the 'grand plage' passes in front of the house. The sandy beach is about 900 m and extends about 1 km between the sheltering rocks.
