Beach House Gianna is a lovely, newly renovated, waterfront villa overlooking Dawn Beach, one of the island's finest beaches. The home offers exceptional views of the sea and nearby Dawn Beach.

Beach House Gianna is a lovely waterfront villa overlooking Dawn Beach, one of the island's finest beaches. The home offers exceptional views of the sea and nearby Dawn Beach. Completely renovated, including but not limited to all new Tekalu windows and doors, rolling systems on all windows and doors, sophisticated alarm system, fully automatic generator, newly painted in and out, fully air-conditioned with new fans and modern lightings in and out.The villa is split into two levels and the interiors offer tiled floors and are furnished with a combination of rattan and handmade pieces imported from Indonesia.The upper level offers stunning views from the living, dining and kitchen areas. The villa boasts a custom kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and brightly colored blue tile that nicely compliments the white shutter cabinet doors. The living and dining areas are truly indoor/outdoor. The entire wall of the villa facing the pool and sea is made of sliding doors that open almost the entire length of the wall creating spectacular views from everywhere on the upper level of the villa.A separate seating area for enjoying TV is tucked behind the main living area.Outside, the infinity style pool is set on a tiled deck which offers seating for four guests on comfortable teak lounge chairs.Gianna offers two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Each bedroom is located on the lower level of the villa offering a king size Mahogany bed and an en-suite custom bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has French doors that open onto a private deck overlooking the beach and sea. Stairs lead from the private decks of each bedroom down to the larger sundeck located just above the water.This villa is the perfect place to relax and have a wonderful Caribbean holiday where the views are absolutely note that next door to Beach House Gianna is Bell'Mare which can be rented together for larger groups requiring 4-5 bedrooms in total based on villa availability.

Pros... beautiful view, quiet neighborhood, security, all appliances worked, washer & dryer
Cons.. No direct access to beach, Very Uncomfortable beds, No Tv's in bedrooms, swimming pool COLD, Outside tile in Pool area very slippery when wet, Did not feel safe leaning up against the deck rails on deck

Management was excellent. Josette answered all our questions. The house was very clean with maid service daily. The views were most spectacular and the bath and bed accommodations were very comfortable especially being located on the bottom floor with great views also. Two couples rented the house and the hot water tank was too small and not able to provide hot water for the showers. The management tried to fix it and responded promptly but the problem is the size of the tank. Everyone told us to lower the window security covers when we left the house as well as in the night when we slept. This was alittle disconcerting to always be thinking about security. Never experienced a problem. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would visit and rent this house again. ( If they fix the HOT water! )We also would love to have the pool heated so we could use it in the evenings and on cooler windy days. Note that is house is on the windy side of the island.

house was great. only problem was the leaky ceiling fans in the heavy rain. provided a considerable inconvenience for two days. other than that no issues.
