6 bedrooms 2 baths sleeps 12 with wrap around deck

This is a 2 family home mostly used by either 2 families vacationing together or one big family wanting some privacy from each other. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath and downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Directly across the street from private Sagamore Beach (100 yards from the water). Upstairs has a wrap around deck and downstairs has a back yard patio facing beautiful conservation land. The property is on the mainland side of the bridge, so long traffic delays are avoided. Very unique arrangement.

Long walks and bike rides on the Cape Cod Canal or lazy days on the deck or the beach are good options for everyone. Close to golf, shopping, restaurants and site seeing- - but most of all, the Ocean!! Sagamore Beach is still the 'best kept secret on Cape Cod' and people who vacation here return year after year.

Weekend Specials: May/June and September/ October are the BEST months to be on the Cape. Less traffic, no waiting in restaurants, great weather and cool nights!!! I am offering long weekends or full weeks at great rates since it is officially Off-Season. Call for details

About Lou Julian

Our family starting renting on Sagamore Beach 50 years ago. We loved it so much, we bought a home and our family now calls Sagamore Beach our home-away-from-home. My children and grand children are in love with this beach.

This is the Cape's best kept secret!! Avoid long traffic delays over the bridge by being on the mainland side of the Cape. Private beach, dead-end road and plenty to do or 'just do nothing'

What makes this house unique

This property allows 1 big family or 2 families the ability to vacation together in one big home while still allowing privacy from each other. It is officially a 2-family home but we rent it as one big 6 bedroom home. Very rare to find a set up like this!!

Notes: This home, as most homes on a beach, does not have central airconditioning. Normally, there is no need for central air since 90% of the time a cool breeze comes off the ocean. Certain times during extreme heat there is a need for fans to cool the air. We have 1 portable A/C unit in the upstairs area and a couple of fans. If the forecast is for extreme heat it may be wise to bring your own fans.

Thanks again for a GREAT week at your Cape house. As you know this is our 15th year staying here and it makes for the perfect get-a way for my whole family. The privacy of having our own space in this duplex home allows our family to be all together yet provides the privacy we need, when we need it!!
