Ultimate SoCal Vacation Homes' Garden Retreat II is our most recently added Anaheim vacation home. It is the largest and may be the best yet, we invite you to be the judge! This 5 bed/3.5 bath home has tons of gathering space and an Ultimate Game Room that features billiards, ping-pong, foosball, darts and a 46” high def LED TV with Dish Network’s Top 250 entertainment package. The fun continues in the huge backyard as you splash on the baja shelf then dive into the deep end of your own private, heated swimming pool with oversized hot tub. This home is able to sleep up to 24 total adults and kids.

More Info: This home offers many unique features that provide Ultimate Comfort, Convenience, and Fun. The 'kids' room offers two sets of twin bunk beds which feature stairs allowing safe & easy access for little ones to the top bunks. The newly renovated swimming pool will provide endless hours of fun while jumping into the deep end, splashing on the 1ft deep baja shelf or relaxing in the oversized hot tub. When the pool is not in use, closing the automatic safety cover will allow the kids to freely explore the gardens in the fenced backyard and efficiently keep the water heated to 85 degrees year round. Large groups will have plenty of hot water for showers with our newly installed tankless hot water heater.

An Ultimate Gameroom: Before heading to bed, gather in the Ultimate Game Room for some family game time. A billiard table, ping-pong table, foosball table, electronic dart board and many board games equals fun for the whole family. Yes, tournaments are allowed and encouraged. The tournament whiteboard is on the wall so make your brackets and bring it! It's time to see what everybody is made of! By the way, the 46”LED TV with gaming hookups (ask Angela about our XBOX 360 gaming package) in the garage provides yet a third entertainment area, all of which include Dish Network’s Top 250 programming in HD.

The Sleeping Situation: The spacious master bedroom is conveniently located downstairs and includes a double vanity with shower, 27”LCD TV and plenty of room for a pack n play or air mattress (provided) if needed. Upstairs you’ll find 4 additional bedrooms and two more bathrooms. For large groups this can mean a “boys” bathroom and a “girls” bathroom (much to the delight of the girls) or for families traveling together it can mean “ours” and “theirs.” The largest guest room upstairs includes a king bed, then we have a queen, a twin over full bunk and the fourth bedroom includes two sets of twin bunk beds. For groups needing more than 9 beds there is a queen sofa-sleeper, a full sofa sleeper, as well as two queen and two twin air mattresses. With two-to-a-bed (except in the twins) we can accommodate up to 23 Loving souls (small and large mixed). If that’s not enough room, inquire about one of our other two Anaheim vacation homes, one of which is immediately next door to this home and sleeps up to 22.

A great Disneyland family vacation

Our family of 9 children and 12 adults had a great time in California and staying at this house. The house was in excellent condition and the heated pool was used every day, which really helped keep the young ones entertained. With all the bedrooms and fold-out couches we had plenty of comfortable sleeping. Easy access to Disneyland and area attractions. Angela was great to work with in obtaining this house and answering all our questions. Our full security deposit was promptly returned. We would gladly rent this house again for future California trips.

Had a Fantastic Time

Our family of 20 people stayed in the house for 9 days. There was plenty of room. Everything we needed to cook, wash clothes, etc. was there I'm place for us. The play room in the garage was well used as we had a couple of days of bad weather. The pool was a big hit, and everything was very well Maintained! We hope to stay there again.

Wonderful Home with All the Extras

We were greatly impressed by this home and the owners. Everything from the first contact with the owner to the follow-up and return of our deposit was well-organized and efficient.

The home has plenty of space inside and out and is comfortable, fun, updated, & clean. The owner had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and easy: beach toys, puzzles/games, hooks in all convenient locations inside & out, notepads & pens, wireless printer & wifi access, shampoo/conditioner/soap, instructions & manuals for everything, even emergency kits! We have stayed in several vacation homes, but never one that was this well thought-out and prepared.

Our kids loved the game room and the pool area (which they dubbed "Paradise"). We had five couples plus kids and were grateful for plenty of space for the kids to spread out and the adults to have their own space, as well.

The location of the home is great. It is in a good neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, dining, & more. Disneyland is less than a 10 minute drive (including traffic) and easy to get to.

W loved our stay and would choose it again!

This is a wonderful rental just like home

We spent a long time looking for properties to host our families for our son's wedding in Southern CA. This was the perfect home along with the other rental right next door. Our families were so impressed with the houses. The houses looked liked model homes and were perfect for vacationing with generations of family. The owners have thought of everything for your vacation-toys for every age and the kitchen is well stocked with kitchen gadgets, plates, glasses, and silverware. No need to bring anything except your clothes and food. The owner Angela is very professional and on top of things. We would highly recommend either one of their properties. Some day we will be back.

This is the first review I've ever been willing to give. This house is amazing, and the folks you rent from are amazing. Made the whole process so smooth and easy. The house was rented for a family vacation with family in from the east coast and west coast. In all 5 adults and 5 kids, including a baby. I was so happy to see that all the necessary baby items were already in the house. Made packing much easier. And there were lots of toys to keep toddlers happy. The house is huge, all the bedrooms are large and kept up really well. The pool is awesome. We made sure to plan down time just take advantage of the house and pool, which was great. Will totally consider renting this house again!
