Neighboring the iconic Empire State Building, in the world-famous Herald Square, come stay with us in our luxury high rise apartment. The temperature in our apartment will always be comfortable, and you will be hard pressed to find a cleaner location!

This apartment is a one bedroom-- 1 full sized bed and 1 single sized bed. Need more sleep space? No problem! The sofa folds out into a bed-- just ask for more linens!

We understand that eating out can get expensive in the city-- that's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the utilities you might need to make a delicious home-cooked meal!

Need to stay fit? Our building has a fitness center that is available for our guests to use.

All you need to book your stay and secure your dates is 30% of your total stay, and a signed rental agreement! If you have a change of plans, your deposit is 100 % refundable as long as you inform us at least 30 days before your check-in date.

Please note: we require our guests stay a minimum of 5 nights.

Highly recommend!

Came to N.Y. for a week with two friends. Hotels don't have 3 beds and a friend suggested VRBO. The apartment was perfect! It is on the 18th floor, so the street noise is minimal. It was clean and all 3 beds were made up when we arrived. It has all the comforts of home. The owner met us the night we arrived to give us the keys and go over the basics. We took off walking that night and were amazed to find ourselves in Times Square in no time! The location is amazing! There is a subway stop close to the front entrance, food, shopping and sightseeing all very close. I will definitely stay in the apartment again, and highly recommend it to anyone going to N.Y!

This apartment is right around the corner from the Empire State Building! The location can not be beat!
Angela was great to work with and coordinating with her was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this property.

My Wife & I stayed here with our daughter for two nights on a last minute whim. I emailed the owner and asked about accommodation seeing as it was short notice (next night). The owner emailed me back within the hour confirming availability and price. I confirmed and arranged to meet when in Manhattan.

We were met at the entrance to a large clean serviced building and was shown to the apartment. Both my wife and I were extremely impressed with the apartment and would have no hesitation in using again.

Far more convenient than a hotel with all the luxuries of home and as the advert says "right next door to the Empire State Building".

Brilliant.
