This lovely waterfront home has it all! Set on 2 private acres between the premier Midcoast Maine vacation towns of Camden and Belfast. Swimming, canoeing, kayaking in tranquil Pitcher Pond, campfires on the beach, family barbecues, romantic dinners in the gazebo, or just relaxing on the waterview deck to watch the bald eagles and osprey soar above.

Let the call of the loons serenade you to sleep in one of the two large bedrooms overlooking the lake. Both with queen-size beds, the master bedroom has an attached 3/4 bath. A separate sunny office/library space provides privacy and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The well-equipped kitchen has granite counters and an island for socializing with the chef. A large dining table in the Great Room makes for cozy family dinners, games and puzzles.

Nestled in between the charming Midcoast Maine Towns of Camden and Belfast, quaint Lincolnville boasts its own sandy Ocean beach, majestic hiking trails, wonderful restaurants and farmers market. Lincolnville Beach is the gateway to idyllic Islesboro - a short, breathtaking ferry-ride away. Bring your bicycles!

I was looking for a place for relaxation and reflection and this Maine getaway fit the bill and more.

I am an avid reader and after a few paragraphs of a good book, I had to look-up and take in the beauty and the serenity of the surroundings. After going back to reading, time-and-again, I was drawn away from the page to take in the view, and the quiet. A truly wondrous and relaxing experience.

If the above sentences make sense to you, then this house will make sense to you.

Hummingbirds galore, bald eagles circling the pond, owls hooting at night.

Kayaking during mid-morning.

Mozart, Beethoven, and Haydn on the stereo.

What more would one want?

Pitcher Pond is Picture Perfect!!!

The house is in great condition in a very nice setting, the owner a very good and responsive landlord. Camden is a tourist town with lots of shops and restaurants but I actually like Belfast better! I have enjoyed very good pub food at Rollie's in Belfast. The lobster rolls at Graffom's (not sure of the spelling) in Camden is as tasty as Red's Eats!

I love sitting on the dock on a sunny afternoon reading my favorite books and enjoying the wildlife that live in and around the pond. The night sky is spectacular! I can actually pick out several of the constellations that I cannot even see at home.

I've spent a few vacations at this house and discover new things each year!

Relaxing Getaway

Serene environment, fabulous views and privacy. I enjoyed this property because it was in the middle of everywhere I wanted to travel, and then return to my own private escape. Close to Camden, Belfast, and all the mid-coast attractions. Great to have my own own lobster party and campfire and listen to the loons.

Picture Perfect on Pitcher Pond!

We have discovered paradise! We were looking for a privately sighted home right on the water, away from the "madding crowd", where we could take a morning swim, breath in the sweet Maine air, relax on a deck overlooking a fabulous view, see loons, and be in close proximity to Camden and Belfast, where we love to shop and dine. We found our paradise here! We cannot recommend this home enough, as it had everything we'd hoped for our Maine vacation. The price is right! The rooms are wonderful, and our kids love it! We intend to return again for our third year. Counting the days!
