Located in the lower French Quarter one block off of Esplanade Avenue near the famous Port of Call Restaurant. Built in 1874, originally a coffee company, then a dry goods store, then it was converted into a townhouse in 2002. Recently refurbished in 2010. The house has high celings, beautiful mouldings, a full kitchen, elevator, washer & dryer. It also has a large comfortable media room with cable TV and wireless internet. The media room opens onto a balcony with a great view. Also, a roof top floor with great views of the city.
It has a state of the art security system and a parking garage for two cars.
A luxury townhouse with 3 private bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms, 1 Queen Sofa pull-out bed and bathroom. The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults.

3rd Floor-Two separate bedrooms each with Queen size beds w/Baths and outside balconys.
4th Floor-Roof top with Spectacular views of the city espicially at night.
The house is within walking distance of most major attractions in the French Quarter.

Jody and I stayed here last week with our adult son and daughter-in-law for a vacation and the house was exactly as advertised. We have stayed at some in the past that did not turn out to be what we expected, but this house
was simply awesome. Gayle was a pleasure to work with. As other reviews have said, the house is in a perfect location and well furnished. If we come back to New Orleans, we will definitely stay there again. We also HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.
This is a beautiful home, very nicely furnished in a fantastic location. Very quiet, just across from a park, yet walking distance to Bourbon St and the jazz clubs. Has a garage and 4 private bedrooms with their own bath/shower. Lovely veranda's off one bedroom and the living room which is very large. TV's in every room if you care, including a large screen in the living room. The kitchen was stocked. It is on three floors with an elevator and Gayle was delightful to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We were a group of 4 guys (age 65-72)
This place is just as it is presented...it is beautifully furnished, comfortable and has wonderful amenities. The roof top balcony and the views are terrific. It was clean and well maintained and the landlord is very accommodating and really ensures you will have an enjoyable stay. It is nearby to the French Quarter and there is easy access to the Convention Center. We would definitely rent again from this owner and we highly recommend it.
