Large Victorian Estate with sweeping water views

This is the main section of a turn of the century large Victorian summer cottage. The property overlooks Ft. Wetherill,a 62 acre state park,that borders Narragansett Bay.Large 100 ft rock cliffs separate the park from the Bay. There are many gardens surrounding the home.

The house has approximately 15 rooms, included in these are a billiard room and large porch. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Three bedrooms have queens sized beds 1 has a double. Enjoy the parade of ships from the veranda.

In addition to the main part of the house, there are two small apartments available.

Jamestown is a picturesque town,that is abounding in natural beauty.This area is a haven for sailing and vintage yacht enthusiasts. It is also a short driveor ferry ride to Newport, R.I. Here you will find histoic mansion of the gilded age, great shopping and restaurants.The town is also noted for great music,which includes the the classic music festival as well as the Jazz and Folk festivals. Blues and Jazz can be found all over the town.

Great apartment, beautiful views, wonderful people!

The views from the apartment are spectacular! The house is right by the park, so it is quiet and peaceful. The owners were gracious and helpful. The apartment has a wonderful living room with a small porch overlooking the Bay. Jamestown has so much to offer that going to Newport was hardly necessary, but it's only ten minutes away. I plan on returning to Jamestown and this property very soon!
