Fabulous stay for our extended family!

We rented this outstanding house for ten of us -- my husband and I, another couple and their two adult daughters, and my husband's 2 siblings -- for our daughter's graduation from Pepperdine.
The home had everything in place -- lovely furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen, an outdoor grill, heat lamps on the deck and patio, a hot tub, ample towels and linens. As other reviewers have noted, the wrap-around deck extends the already spacious rooms. We hosted my daughter's roommates and their parents for a post-graduation dinner and there was ample space.
Our expectation of this house was fairly high based on the photos, but the house, deck, and garden areas are even better when you see how they all integrate together. The house is built on a steep hillside - hence the great ocean views from all three levels - and a series of steps wind their way down the back hillside from the hot tub patio to three more garden terrace areas. We were visited a couple of mornings by a deer and the hummingbirds were abundant.
I highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the Malibu area!
