Or, take a stroll around this beautifully landscaped gated community for peace and tranquility! The condo is super clean with two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a King bed and the other with two twin beds that may be pushed together to make a king size bed, if requested). Enjoy your next vacation or seasonal stay at Boca Vista Harbor!!

About The Owner

Biana and family live in Pembroke Pines, Florida. We love fishing and boating, as well as, the clean beaches. Unlike South Florida where we live and have a busy schedule with work and raising our two boys, we have found that Boca Vista has a very tranquil environment. It is beautiful here and the people are super friendly! We love coming over for a peaceful and fun getaway as often as we can!!

Our condo in Boca Vista Harbor has absolutely breathtaking views! There is nothing more peaceful than sitting in the living room or out on the lanai and watching the sunset on Gasparilla Sound with boats slowly coming in from their day of fun! With the Gasparilla marina right next door, we always rent a boat for the day and go fishing or shelling when we are in town. The condo is located just minutes from Boca Grande where you will find fine dining and world-renown fishing. The tarpon fishing season and tournament is world-class.

The location of the condo offers spectacular views and amenities for all ages! The marina next door allows for boat rentals or guided charters. There are self or guided kayaking tours and other outdoor adventures minutes from Boca Vista Harbor!

The view and area was beautiful within minutes of Boca Grande/Gasparille Island for the gorgeous beaches, condo was very clean, nicely decorated and felt like home the moment i walked in.. let just say i didnt want to leave such a wonderful place, i intend on coming back over and over again!!!

Absolutely beautiful views and super interior - couldn't ask for better and such a reasonable price! We came down for a whirlwind week of celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary as they live nearby but do not have the space to house everyone - and this was the perfect solution. Great place inside and out! Especially liked the garage parking and walking only one floor up!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Romantic Getaway

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable and great views. Clean, neat, well furnished. Our stay was during a quiet time and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Grocery store was convenient. Great marina right next door.

Would recommend this Unit to everyone.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
