This cozy townhome is perfect for visitors wanting to enjoy central Austin as well as Austin's north side including The Arboretum and The Domain. This 1,000 s.f. townhome has been renovated and features two bedrooms (both on second floor), 1.5 baths, two car covered carport (located right in back of unit), tons of visitor parking, huge storage/utility room with newer washer and dryer, wood burning fireplace, 200 s.f. of enclosed courtyard (perfect for your pets!) and large master bedroom. Property also features:

-32' flat screen HD TV with expanded cable selections in living room

-32' mounted flat screen 'Smart' TV with Netflix in secondary bedroom

-32' flat screen TV with cable in master bedroom

-Free local & domestic long distance calling

-WiFi

-Bose stereo in master bedroom

Our family lives in Dallas but we love visiting Austin and staying at our townhome! It was important to us that the home was comfortable, had great beds and linens, and was pet friendly! We hope you choose to stay and we hope you find it as welcoming as we do. Safe travels!

A great place to stay!

This was our second stay at the Jamestown Townhouse and it is our first choice whenever we visit Austin. Our son lives in northwest portion of Austin and this place is conveniently located near the freeway which made it very
easy to get around.
The townhouse is absolutely spotless and the decor is very modern. The "Cozy North Austin Townhome" title certainly fits. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with a basket of chocolates, wine and other snacks. The place is stocked with everything needed to make your stay feel like home.
The gated townhouse complex is very quiet and well maintained; it was so enjoyable walking our little dog in the beautiful grassy pet area.
In my experience, Christine, the owner is very prompt in returning phone calls but things were so organized that it was not necessary to talk with her this visit. She did contact us to make sure all went well and we enjoyed our stay.
One other thing that pet owners will be pleasantly surprised at is her pet policy.
Pets are often not allowed in other rentals or there is an added expense, This owner's policy is an example of the effort made to make her visitors feel at home.
We look forward to our next visit to Austin and will make plans to stay here again. I certainly recommend this property to anyone visiting Austin.

Great style, well equipped, and very comfortable

My colleague and I came to SXSW for the 2nd time and we booked again at this townhouse because it's a great option - the place is tastefully decorated with nice art on the walls, very comfortable beds, and nice little extras like a welcome basket.

We had first booked this unit in 2012 and came back again 2013 because it seemed like a great deal. The other nice thing is that Christine is very responsive - I had a minor question and she was quick to answer her phone and help us out. Thanks!

A great place to stay!!!

My buddies and I came to town for the Formula 1 race and we were not dissapointed. All the reviews I read beforehand were right on point. The place is decorated great, the beds are comfortable and it is super convienient to anything that you would possibly want to do in Austin. If I am ever in Austin again I will be calling Christine!

A Great Value for the Whole Family

My husband, three year old and baby met up with my parents at this condo. It was a lovely and convenient place to stay with all of the amenities we could need-- especially for kids (it already had a pack n play and toddler toilet seat). As others have said, it was also well stocked with nice extra touches like candy and a bottle of wine. We even left our baby monitor there, and Christine is sending it to us. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again.

GREAT Family Friendly Place to Stay!!

What a great place to stay! From walking in to a filled snack basket and icy cold drinks in the frig in the 104 degree heat to finding everything you could possibly need to recreate home - this is an exceptional place with a wonderful host. Beds were comfortable, unit was extremely clean, and area is centrally located. Will definitely stay here again if our path takes us to Austin again.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
