Beautiful condo on the 17th floor, offering a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico white sandy beach and overlooking the tropical lagoon style swimming pool below..

Nicely furnished & decorated unit with 2 bedrooms plus bunk-room and 3 full baths. New hardwood floor installed throughout in September 2011. Bright kitchen with granite counter top.

47 inch flat panel LCD TV in living room with a 1000 watts home theater system & IPod dock

Additional 32 inch LCD TV+DVD combo in each bedroom.

Pine Willies restaurant is next door. Wall-Mart is just across the street.

This was a great condo for a family of five! Our teenage boys had their own bathroom, our teenage daughter had hers and we had one for my husband and I. No co-mingling! We made Thanksgiving dinner in the condo, the kitchen was very well equipped so it was not a problem! The pools and hot tubs were wonderful and well maintained and the beach was fabulous! Everything is close by and the owner was wonderful to work with. The unit is clean and well apportioned. Thanks for a relaxing five days! We did not want to leave!
