4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms. Sleeps 12-19, 12 in beds, 7 on pull-out couches

This property is located on the largest lake in The Hideout. It is walking distance to the main pool and beach and we have a row boat, a paddleboat/pedalboat and a canoe for your use. It includes 3 full size video arcade games,2 mega touch machines, a pool table, and a jukebox,. There is a radio for your ipod's and a 50' flat screen tv. There are also tv's located in all the bedrooms with Cable.

No Pets. No Smoking.

We do not rent to groups under 27yrs of age.

In the winter there is sking and sno-tubing on the snow hill located within the development. Big Bear mtn is just 20 minutes away if you are looking for a bigger adventure.

What a Great Lakehouse!!!!

I can say nothing but wonderful things about this lovely home. Deer were waiting to greet us as we pulled up the driveway. A huge wrap around deck to the pentagon shape house which overlooks this beautiful lake, with plently of adirondak chairs to sit on and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. The open living room/kitchen was also a plus. A firepit is down on the lawn at night for drinks and smores! We traveled with four families and slept comfortably in this cozy home. The game room downstairs was a lifesaver for the adults! We never saw the kids! If they were'nt playing games, they were paddle boating, canoeing or they were at the beach or in the clubhouse which was in walking distance. Also, nice tiki bar for the adults! Booking my trip for next summer!

The Best Lake House!

This was the second time I stayed at the lake house. The first time was in the winter and I thought it was amazing. I came home and booked a summer trip with a whole group of families. There was nothing better than waking up with a cup of tea and sitting by the lake. I found it to be so peaceful and beautiful! I would recommend this property to anyone that likes to have a good time. There are so many amenities on the property. All of us had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back. Already trying to figure out dates for next year.

The house and location was great. The house had everything the ad promised. Pool table, full size video games, TV's and stero. The floor plan has a very nice flow with lots of space. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area was roomy enough for sit down meals. After a cold evening on the slopes the fireplace was just thing to take the chill off and the bedrooms were a welcome sight and haven for our exhausted bodies. The veiw of the lake was picturesque. We would definitly stay at the house again only next time we would plan to stay longer.

Great Value

We stayed in this house for 4 days in August 2011. 2 couples with 2 kids each (6 month, 18 month, 2 yr old and a 3 yr old). We had a great time here. Hideout is a great community retreat. We used the pools 2 of the days (bring beach chairs as there are no chairs by the pool). We used the rowboat and canoe. Kids loved going out on the water. At night we enjoyed the big screen tv and picked up some dvd's from the redbox outside the community entrance. Overall house was clean. Def needs updating, but you aren't paying for 5 star luxury. This rental is good bang for your buck. The only reason I would give it 4/5 as opposed to 5/5 is b/c the downstairs smells musty. We ended up sleeping the adults upstairs and kids downstairs because of it. It is clean but it just had that cabin musty smell.

Overall we had a wonderful time. Thanks John.
