This is a VERY unique property with Mona Lake bordering the front and back. Excellent fishing from the front dock. It is the 2nd house from the end of a peninsula on a private drive/peninsula. Deep water access and dock in a smaller protected bay in front and shallow water access from the breezier open water in back. The amount of actual beach available depends on the level of the lake. It is a short boat ride to Lake Michigan through a boat channel. A full deck lines the back of the house.

Two 11' x11' bedrooms on the main level. One w/ queen & one w/ trundle bed which can be 1 twin, 2 twins or one king bed
Two bedrooms on the upper level, one 11' x 10' with trundle bed which can be 1 twin, 2 twins or one king bed and one 17' x 13' which sleeps up to 4 with 1 queen and 2 singles.
Amenities: Full back Deck, Floating dock with 2 personal water craft ramps in front with deep water capacity for boats. Very quiet-2nd house from the end of a private drive/peninsula. Lake Michigan access through Mona Lake Channel. Basement to hold all your beach and boat toys. The back of the house stays cool on hot days in the breeze and the front of the house is protected from the breeze on windier days.
The house is fully stocked with all kitchen supplies. Towels are provided along with washer and dryer for your convenience. A canoe and pedal boat are furnished with the house for your enjoyment as well as a large selection of outdoor chairs and tables. Life jackets are provided.
Two full refrigerators.
Gas grill is provided for grilling and a portable fire pit for enjoying a nice campfire by the lake.
Please no RV's or campers on the property. This house is second from the end of a peninsula therefore space and views are precious.
Activies and Attractions: Boating, fishing(some of the best Bass fishing in the region from the front dock), swimming. Hiking trails at PJ Hoffmaster State park. Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Lake Express Cross Lake Ferry to Milwaukee, WI. Close to Grand Haven, and West Michigan Adventureland. Summer Celebration. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and Yoga studio.
