Our Condo was just renovated in the spring of 2011 and was completely updated. This condo is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach South Carolina, 4 miles from the Airport and a 4 mile drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Myrtle Beach!

A two bedroom, two bath, 1400 square foot condo with Free WIFI, Flat screen TV's in both the living room and master bedroom and each room has its own DVD. The condo also features full size washer and dryer in the condo, a fully equipped kitchen, an outside pool with jacuzzi and an enclosed heated pool that is open year round, and tennis courts. Our unit's screened in porch overlooks the ninth hole on River Oaks Golf Course and is across the street from World Tour Golf Link.

Nearby Attractions: Other golf courses within a five mile radius include the Legends, World Tour Golf, The Bell Terre, The Wizard, and the Man-O-War golf courses are in a 5 miles radius from the condo. Our condo is also just minutes from the Coastal Grand Mall, the Tanger Outlet Malls, Broadway at the Beach, Fantasy Harbor, WalMart, Costco, several Supermarkets, the Myrtle Beach Airport, Aquarium, Restaurants and of course the white, sandy beaches of Myrtle Beach.

Pet Policy: Our condo is completely pet friendly and we welcome you to bring the furry members of your family on vacation with you instead of placing them in cold impersonal kennels.

Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home. Everything was wonderful and my family and I had the best time. The photos on the site were really accurate and the owners were really accommodating to us. The place was incredibly close to all the attractions and stores but it was in a quiet location so we could sleep at night!

Would definitely return :)

This was certainly the nicest place we have ever stayed and we have been renting for many years. The condo was clean and very well maintained. The wireless internet worked flawlessly. There are plenty of restaurants that aren't too far away and Wal-Mart is also really close.

There are two bedrooms with their own private bath that were wonderful; especially when our daughter and family visited for a week. They had a blast!! There was a large television in living room and really comfy furniture in the living room.

A little slice of Heaven!

This condo is as close to "perfect" as we could have hoped for. My wife and I, our son, daughter in law and our 4 year old granddaughter joined for a couple of days. Space was not only plentiful, but spotless, and well-outfitted. The condo was just was just as pictured and Bea was more than welcoming. I had never rented a place online before and was a bit apprehensive but Bea was more than understanding and answered all our questions.

You will enjoy this home away from home!

We visited with our family and friends that we attend church with and we were all very impressed. It was very clean and private. Overall we definitely would like to spend another vacation in this beach house, and we had a very relaxing vacation!

Wonderful for families

Our Stay at the condo was Wonderful!! The House is great and there is plenty of space for large families. The home was furnished beautifully with all the amenities you could possibly need. Pool was clean and well maintained. The Beach was very close and convenient. Joe and Bea were wonderful owners and they were quick to accommodate any needs that came up. Beach is Beautiful and not too crowded it is perfect for families!
