Sanibel Island is a truly unique destination. It has been preserved like no other tropical location in the US. There are no buildings taller than four stories and most of the land on the island has been persevered as natural wildlife habitat which makes it so special.

This top floor condo has been completely remodeled with new kitchen and baths and the upscale furnishings are sure to please. The thoughtfully designed gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and the adjacent dinning area comfortably seats six. The master bedroom has a top of the line pillow-top king size mattress with luxury linens. Sliding full size Plantation Shutters open to the lanai overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The views are simply amazing, you can sit here forever.

The second bedroom is conveniently furnished with 2 full size beds (great for families visiting grandparents). This unit features a split floor plan which provides for maximum privacy for your guests. Although you visit Sanibel to 'escape', you won't be out of touch with high speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer, beach chairs and beach towels. You'll find the reserved parking space near the elevator most convenient for loading & unloading.

About The Owner

We live in Rumson NJ and have two daughters. We try to get down to Sanibel as often as we can (which is never enough). We just love the beach on

Sanibel.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2009
Why The Owner chose Sanibel Island

The second we drove over the causeway onto Sanibel Island we knew this was the place for us. We think Loggerhead Cay is the greatest condo complex on the island. It is close to everything and has a great beach.

What makes this condo unique

This is a deluxe condominium located right on the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious well equiped condo is perfect for families. The two full size beds are great for guests. Enjoy walking on the beach and collecting shells

We spent a wonderful week on Sanibel Island at this fabulous condo. Great, well-stocked kitchen; very spacious; lovely ocean view. We all loved the lanai. Thank you so much for including beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels!

The shelling on the beach was amazing.

We've recommended this condo to friends already!

Thank you for the lovely condo. It was just as pictured, very, very clean and well equipped including beach toys and towels as well as all the kitchen and bedding supplies that were needed. View was fantastic and we all enjoyed the pool and beach. I would highly recommend this unit. Great value for the price.
