YOLO WAY...you only live once....that is the theme we have chosen for our wonderful home away from home. Bright and cheery elegance describes the brand new high end furnishings/bedding at YOLO WAY. There are 4 flatscreen LCD tv's in the home... 2 50' tv's (1 in living room and 1 in the master)...1 32' in the Queen bedroom...and 1 25' in the bunkroom.) The upstairs master has its own full bathroom and the upstairs Queen + Bunkroom share the other bath...1/2 bath downstairs off the kitchen. Balcony off the master with a covered 1st floor patio below. YOLO WAY is next to the pool. Our townhome community (Gulf Walk) is a small group of townhomes (36 units) that were built in 1998. Gulf Walk is 1/2 block behind Alvin's Island on Scenic Gulf Drive.

Our home has easy access to both Hwy 98 and Scenic Gulf Drive. 4 blocks to the best shopping in the panhandle. Many great golf courses are close by, as well as SanDestin...Baytowne. Deep Sea Fishing, jetskiing, sailing...all are close by. Our townhome was completey renovated in 2011. New hardwood floors/steps/built-in bunks were added upstairs in 3/2012
