Make this townhouse your home away from home. Located in a spectacular red rock setting in a quiet neighborhood of downtown Kanab, it’s a perfect base to explore Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, the north rim of the Grand Canyon and more, or while visiting Best Friends Animal Society. This two story fully furnished three bedroom two bathroom home can easily accommodate 6 people. It features new contemporary furniture with a king size Sealy Posturepedic pillow top beds in the master and queen size Sealy Posturepedic pillow top beds in the second and third bedrooms. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer and all the amenities of home including a flat screen television with satellite TV, dock for your iPhone or iPod, free WiFi and a gas fireplace. There is a small patio out back with a barbecue. Residents have access to a clubhouse with exercise equipment, swimming pool (in season) and hot tub in the complex and larger barbecue with picnic table at no extra cost. No smoking and no cats. Well behaved housebroken dogs will be considered with a pet deposit.

About The Owner

I moved to Kanab over 20 years ago to help get Best Friends started. Having lived in major cities across the US, I love the small town life, relaxed pace, and people who don't know you smiling and waving.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2011
Why The Owner chose Kanab

If I didn't live in Kanab, I would vacation here. The beauty of the area is indescribable and has to be experienced to be truly appreciated. Its remoteness adds to its uniqueness while still having the conveniences of town. The city park has tennis courts and in the summer a fountain where kids can play. There's also a library, hospital, two movie theaters and some great restaurants.

What makes this condo unique

Wake at your own pace, make breakfast in your kitchen, hike in one of the many surrounding national and state parks and return for a swim in the pool before going out to dinner. Or grab a drink at one of the locally owned coffee shops and volunteer at Best Friends Animal Society, the largest no-kill sanctuary in the country.

My family and I were very happy with this rental where we stayed for 8 nights. Very comfortable and well appointed. It became our home away from home and was just perfect for us. The owner, Jana, is a lovely person and very concerned about the happiness of her renters. It is beautifully situated between different national parks and other attractions, yet close to the adorable town of Kanab.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at this townhouse. This home is very clean and comfortable. The king bed was extremely restful at the end of a day of hiking. Jana was immediately responsive to our requests. We would stay again when returning.

Amazing place!

Our family and a couple of friends had a fantastic time in this well decorated town home. All the furniture, all the utensils, linens and kitchen equipment worked great and was very clean. The location couldn't be better and the comfort level was fantastic. It was like a home away from home. All we needed were our clothes and cosmetics :) Jana did a great job on this place and she was wonderful to accommodate us. This is not our first transaction with VRBO, but it sure was the most smooth booking we have ever experienced. Thank you Jana! And we plan to come back in 3 years when we are back to USA :)

The town home is well appointed and well located for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. We volunteered at Best Friends Sanctuary which was less than 10 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property.
