Wunderschoenes Ferinhaus in Pore?.Sehr naehe am Strand und auch sehr naehe zum Stadtzentrum.
Die Wonung ist sehr saber und gut ausgestattet.Es ist alls da was mann braucht.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig,kein Strassenlaerm.
Es ist fuer Famililien mit dem Kindern sehr geeignet.
Die Strandpromenade hat uns sehr gefallen,man kann gut und lange laufen.
Es ist nur zum weiter empfhelen!

"Villa" ist übertrieben

Der Titel, die wenigen aber sehr vorteilhaften Fotos und der hohe Preis (ganz anders als jetzt oben stehen) haben bei uns recht hohe Erwartungen geweckt, die vor Ort teilweise herb enttäuscht wurden. Statt einer "wunderschönen Villa" fanden wir zwei aneinandergebaute Flachdach-Bungalows (und das ist nun mal keine Villa....), die eine Hälfte davon ganz OK, einigermaßen modern eingerichtet und hell, die andere Hälfte eng und dunkel. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer (davon 1 mit 3 Betten), also Platz für 9 Personen, die restlichen 3 müssten im Wohnzimmer auf Auszieh-Sofas schlafen. Recht schön ist der Garten mit einem tollen Grill. Wenn man das toll findet, sind in beiden Wohnungen riesige Flachbildschirm-Fernseher. Die Sauberkeit war einigermaßen OK, das Geschirr aber ziemlich siffig. Die Lage ist in einem eng bebauten Innenstadt-Viertel, einigermaßen ruhig (wenn nicht die italienischen Nachbarn die ganze Nacht lärmen) und man erreicht das Meer (wunderschöner Felsstrand) und die Innenstadt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. "am Meer" ist also etwas relativ, man hat auch keinen Meerblick. Unsere Meinung: die größere Wohnung ist OK, die kleinere eher eine Zumutung, der Preis war in jedem Fall überteuert.
