Bright & cheery single story home with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a living room with catherdral ceilings and skylights to let in that Cape Cod sunshine! Cool off or clean up after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower! Start your morning with a nice cup of coffee on the front porch. Enjoy the fantastic, private fenced in backyard with new gas grill.

Bedrooms - 2 queen beds, and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.

Laundry room with washer & dryer

47' TV with Sony home theater system is great for following the Red Sox, or watching your favorite DVD. 27' TV and VCR/DVD player in one of the bedrooms allows children to wind down from a day at the beach with a movie.

Kitchen fully stocked (including lobster pot! toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender etc....)

What to do?!?: Your choice of 2 beaches within walking distance (or a short drive). Parkers River Beach on the Nantucket Sound is 0.4 miles, where you will find a small playground for children & a restaurant for lunch or an afternoon snack/cocktail across the street. The larger 'Resident only' beach is 0.6 miles from the cottage.

For a little variety - Route 28 is 0.4 miles from the cottage - where you will find mulitple ice cream storefronts (Blondies & Dairy Queen), batting cages, mini-golf, breakfast dining, a liquor store, Stop & Shop, a bakery for coffee and fresh croissants & cinnamon rolls and so much more!

Just under 75 miles from Boston (and Logan Airport). 4 - 5 miles from Hyannis (and the ferry to the islands!) and a short drive to Dennis, Harwich & Chatham!

You literally are 10 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Cape Cod further afield has lot to offer to families as well.

House clean and spacious, with a big back garden.

Owners incredibly helpful when we had some problems with the TV as well.
