Our beautiful, Non-Smoking Villa is located on the exclusive luxurious resort of Emerald Island – a brand new tropical oasis with every onsite facility you could possibly imagine, exclusively reserved for our residents.

The winding, palm-lined road leads you to the community’s grandeur. Conveniently, our house is situated a walking distance away from the community club house. Emerald Island’s facilities include: Clubhouse with a lavish swimming pool and spa; Tiki pool bar (for drinks and snacks); Gym/fitness facility, sauna and steam room; Games room and a cyber cafe/computer room; Snack bar; Meeting room; Nature trail; Children’s play area/park; Barbecue area; Tennis Courts; Volleyball Court; 24-hour manned gate entrance; Manned reception and shuttle services to Disney Parks and the main area attractions (small fee).

Further Details: With seven bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, which include three master suites, this villa will make the perfect vacation for any size family/families or group of up to sixteen guests.

The house has recently been refurnished, with new carpets, new appliances, brand new furniture, and a fresh new coat of paint around the house. With a total of 10 large flat TVs, one in every bedroom, in the family room, living room and game room, every guest has the comfort of watching what they prefer. It also includes a fully screened custom built heated pool with raised spa/Jacuzzi, under water lighting and separate heating controls. Located on the patio, are brand new patio sets and barbeque grill, a great way to enjoy the private outside.

Just under 3 miles to Walt Disney World (and just one square mile to Disney World property) and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this resort is a perfect spot to be situated during your stay in the Sunshine State.

Just two minutes drive from the villa is Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza (on highway 192) with a supermarket (24-hour), post office, medical and pharmacy facilities, bank and ATM machine, liquor store and plenty of choice for dining out or take-away food. We are also very close to the other resorts and activities that draw millions of tourists to Orlando year after year, including Sea World and Universal Studios.

really nice to stay

We (4 adults) stayed one week in this lovely house. It's really like the description, a very nice place to stay, fully equipped. The area is peaceful and quiet, the house located at the side of the community. We have seen a lot of wild life around the house too, like raccoons and armadillo’s. It’s an ideal location if you want to see Orlando and all it attractions; personally, I will rent this house again when I come back to Orlando.

This house is great for families with kids, or for groups, ideal located to visit Disney or Seaworld.

Wonderful family vacation

This home was big enough to have all of us (6 adults, 2 children) spread out comfortably. The owner was wonderful to communicate with and responded to my questions quickly. The clubhouse was right across the street, which was very convenient. There is gated security. Upon our arrival, the pool needed to be drained due to the high amounts of rain. We called the management company and they had someone out to the home within the hour to drain the pool. Our family had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Emerald Island Resort and at the home. The entrance was beautiful. The house was decorated beautifully, clean and comfortable. Everyone was comfortable and happy with our accomodations. I would definitely recommend this property.

Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed your beautiful home during our stay in Orlando.

Hi Julie, the house was beautiful, so roomy and clean! When we contacted the management company for a couple of minor things, they came to the house within a couple of hours. We were very impressed. The house was ideal for children of all ages. We really liked the convient location. It was so close to everything. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The people who worked at the clubhouse were very helpful answering our questions about the area. We hope to rent this house again in the future.
