Tastefully decorated in a casual Asian style with bamboo floors through out this home is truly one of a kind. Enormous expansive sliding doors bring the gorgeous bay views in from almost every room. Enjoy the view while cooking downstairs in the kitchen, dining inside or outside, lounging in the living room or relaxing in the den. Upstairs is only multiplied as you raise yourself higher into the bay scene and downtown skylight. See more lights and boats than almost any Coronado home! Finest View and Great Convenience

This property has it all. The photos on the website don't do the property justice. In every direction you turn, the view is breathtaking, whether it be of the garden, the living room, or the ocean. The floorplan is open & spacious, yet has a cozy & intimate feel.

We were in town for the AAD Annual Meeting held at the San Diego Convention Center. This property is exactly 5.2 miles driving distance from the convention center or around 10 minutes of drive time.

The property is conveniently located near the pedestrian ferry and it is walking distance from shopping, a couple of grocery stores, and restaurants, yet retains the feel of solitude along the Coronado, California coast.

The accomodations include two comfortable bedrooms plus a bonus 'office' sleeping area, 2 1/2 baths, common space, and a full function kitchen. Once we had the fridge stocked and the margaritas mixed we were set. It is an easy walk down to the semi-private beach and there you will find clean sand and water to enjoy. There are plenty of opportuties to just casually stroll the surroundings as time just seems to slow down. This is the perfect venue for resting, relaxing, and just enjoying a good book. Yet, for the more enthusiastic there is Coronado Island and nearby San Diego to explore and play in.

Parking in the driveway was very easy. The neighbors were friendly. The neighborhood seemed very safe and well-protected.

My husband and I just love this place, and we can't wait to return. We were quite enchanted by this rental home and would recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego!
