Cancellation Policy: If your reservation is cancelled prior to fourteen (14) days of your arrival, there will be a $50.00 processing fee. If cancellation occurs less than fourteen (14) days of your arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

During the holidays, we require a $500.00 security and will return it if there is no damage after departure inspection.
Fees And Taxes Rental rate includes cleaning. It Does not include any Taxes. Tax is 11% of the total rental bill.
