Close to our flat, you will find ample of shopping possibilities and quick access to grocery stores as well as to cafe's & restaurants like 'Cafe Landmann'.
Around the corner you will find the ring Strasse, burg-theater and City town-hall.
famous shopping street Kaerntner Straße, state opera house, Saint Stephan's Cathedral is also in walking distance to our flat.

Rathaus or City Hall is reachable within 3-5 min: The City Hall is one of the most splendid amongst the numerous monumental buildings along Vienna's. The large and impressive 'Wiener Rathaus' occupies a grade A site by the Ringstraße, between the Houses of Parliament and the University. It faces the Burgtheater, the National Theatre of Austria.
