Our 70 m2 Apartment is located in the middle of Vienna next to Underground and City Hall in a very quiet side street.

Close to our flat, you will find ample of shopping possibilities and quick access to grocery stores as well as to cafe's & restaurants like 'Cafe Landmann'.

Around the corner you will find the ring Strasse, burg-theater and City town-hall.

famous shopping street Kaerntner Straße, state opera house, Saint Stephan's Cathedral is also in walking distance to our flat.

For your convenience our flat has also a Parking garage which you can park your car.

ATM/Bank and Post office are also next to our apartment for your convenience.

Rathaus or City Hall is reachable within 3-5 min: The City Hall is one of the most splendid amongst the numerous monumental buildings along Vienna's. Rathhaus is also a primary attraction in most Austrian towns and villages - Vienna is no exception. The large and impressive 'Wiener Rathaus' occupies a grade A site by the Ringstraße, between the Houses of Parliament and the University. It faces the Burgtheater, the National Theatre of Austria. The Rathaus is the place where the city?s council meets and also the mayor of Vienna. Since the capital has the rank of a federal province, the council also serves as a provincial parliament and the mayor as a governor.

Irresponsible owner

We've had a very disappointing experience with the owner. We had to use parking garage in the same building and paid the owner for parking. One day we found our car was blocked by some other vehicle and we could not exit. After 3 hours of fruitless attempts to call owner and make him move blocking vehicle we found that vehicle belonged to owner himself when he showed up!!! He acted like it was not a big deal and was not trying to make up to us for the loss of time. For us 3 hours was equivalent to a lost day, due to our planned very tight schedule and museum closing times. Owner promised to refund the money but never did. In fact he avoided to communicate with us until the rest of the stay. There was another family who rented from the same guy and who's vehicle was also blocked with us.

On the other note kitchen equipment was inadequate, and beds were very tough. We felt beat up each morning.

In the heart of historical Vienna

This apartment is in a fantastic location. Walk 10 leisurely minutes and you're at St.Stephen's cathedral. You don't need a car this apartment is so perfectly situated. Plus underground which is magnificent in Vienna is only 2 minutes walk away. Apartment itself is clean. It is more suited for a family of 4 than 6. Also offers secure parking for an extra 10 euro a day. Ali the owner is terrific, very accommodating.

Nice apartment, great location

This apartment is in a very good location for seeing the sights of Vienna. Very close to the Rathouse, and U-Bahn. A short walk to the museum quarter and Hofburg. A taxi stand is only one block away. The area is good for grocery shopping and restaurants. Though close to all the activity, the apartment is located on a quiet lane and it was easy to sleep. The apartment has one large bedroom with an exercise machine and one tiny, tiny bedroom with a king sized bed squashed in. The beds were comfortable, but more pillows would be nice. There were no sheets to fit the bed in the small room. The apartment is nicely renovated, with a very nice fitted and equiped kitchen. The bathroom is very nice and has an excellent washing machine and heated towel bar. I would stay here again. I found it good value for the money, especially because of the location. The building is undergoing renovation, and there is some noise because of that, but we didn't find it particularly intrusive. A lift is being installed, which will make moving luggage upstairs much easier.

Our 70 m2 apartment is directly in the city center next to underground and Townhall. very close to the splendid Ringstrasse. The quarter with his theatres and very good restaurants is one of the most exclusive ones in town.

In the neighbourhood you will find, beside museums the most important monuments of Vienna, excellent Austrian and international restaurants, Viennese cafés, bakeries, pastries, supermarkets and the metro for your excursions.

Near our Flat you will find some excellent local and international restaurants / cafes like: Centimeter, Curry Insel, Sestante and cafe Einstein.
