Lovely and spacious cedar home with eight bedrooms and six bathrooms. Located in a wooded setting with tremendous scenic views. The floor plan allows for plenty of room to enjoy gathering with friends and family, but still have your own space. Charming wood floors, attractive gourmet kitchen, sunny great room, and gorgeous stone fireplace. For those in your group that want to stay 'connected' we offer satellite television and wireless internet service. From June through August, splash in the community pool and hot tub just across the road.

If you are looking for a smaller place, you have the option to rent the two main levels which include five bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

A fantastic friends’ getaway or a family reunion (invite the cousins, too!). Along with the scenery and relaxing atmosphere you can enjoy activities like great shopping, outdoor adventures and small town festivals and events. Pet friendly, with an additional surcharge.

Berkeley Springs: Berkeley Springs is one of the best known arts towns in the Mid-Atlantic. Many practitioners of both the healing arts and visual arts have been attracted to the area for several centuries. It is a town of galleries, good food and a variety of 'alternative' and holistic therapists. Coolfont is a quiet, rustic retreat just a couple of miles outside of Berkeley Springs--the roads and cottages were designed in complete harmony with the landscape, maximizing both beauty and privacy. Cacapon State Park abuts the property and features a Robert Trent Jones golf course, fishing, and hiking.

Community amenities include swimming pool (seasonal), kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Five miles from golf, swimming, boating, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, kayaking, and canoeing. Some of the best fly fishing in the East! Eight miles to town for mineral baths, spa, shopping, and dining. Ten miles to C & O Canal Bike Rail Trail along the Potomac River; also available for boating. Downhill winter skiing is available about 40 minutes away. Hunting is in season. Walk to creeks.

Perfect Getaway Spot for a Large Group

The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 15. Every couple had their own
room and by having their own space the cabin was clean and spacious our whole
stay. The kitchen was great and the double oven made cooking for the group a lot
easier! Our whole group loved it so much they want to come back again in the
summer. The town of Berkeley Springs is very charming and a good city escape.
Also, Sarah made the reservation, payment and planning of the trip very simple
and hassle free. I would rent the cabin again and recommend it to friends.
Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

Our stay at Angel's Watch for New Year's Eve was really wonderful. There was plenty of space for our big group (7 couples and 3 babies). This is the first place we have stayed that had enough individual bedrooms for everybody with king-sized beds for each bedroom. This was really nice for each couple. I highly recommend this house for a big group.

Lovely time with family and nature

Our weekend at Angel's Watch was awesome-- the house has lots of space and the kitchen is well-equipped. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. With the extra seating area downstairs the kids had their own area and the adults enjoyed the great views from the upstairs living room. We made lots of use of the deck space-- coffee in the mornings, sipping wine in the evenings, and grilling burgers for an al fresco dinner.
Berkeley Springs offered lots to do-- we toured around the downtown area and picked up some unique gift items at the shops there, enjoyed a fabulous meal at Lot 12, and worked some of it off with an exhilarating hike in Cacapon State Park!
I would highly recommend Angel's Watch for a family get-together or a terrific away-from-it-all weekend with friends. Booking was easy and all of our questions were answered promptly. Can't wait to get back soon and squeeze in a massage while we're there!

Beautiful and quite location!

This house is located in beautiful and quite location. We were a pretty large group, so it was a little hard to find a perfect spot for us to stay. Luckily we rented this property, which allowed everybody to have privacy of their own room. Living area and kitchen are very specious too, and the fireplace was just perfect for the chilly evenings. We enjoyed our stay and if we ever go back to Berkeley Springs, this will be our to go place! Highly recommended if you want relaxing getaway!
