Beautiful Condo Overlooking the Pool and Ocean

We stayed at this property March 16-23, 2013. Could not have picked a nicer
place and loved the security and assigned covered parking. Everything needed was already there. (You do need to bring your own beach towels.) Plenty of room for our party of 4 adults, a 2 yr old, a small chihuahua & clean and fresh with no left over odors or unwanted surprises. The view was amazing and we even saw a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral from the 9th floor walkway balcony. We would stay here again without any hesitation. You will not go wrong with this property for a wonderful beach vacation. Loved it!!!!

I stayed at this newly renovated condo with my family for the first time and fell in love. The condo was beautiful and clean and in a perfect location! It is right on the beach and the complex also has a beautiful pool. The beach was gorgeous and even saw dolphins one day - which was amazing. The condo was so comfortable and welcoming and the beds were the best. There were also sand toys and beach chairs that we could use. The owner is very nice and very always available for contact. Absolutely loved everything about the condo!! We will return there for sure.

Awesome place what more can I say?

Place was exactly as described and I actually was surprised at how well the place was furnished. When we walked in I noticed the granite countertops right away. Look to the left and through the doorway was a king size canopy bed with a nice douvet. Two beds in the other bedroom and in the 3rd another king size bed! Nice big dining room set with omfortable leather couches. Balconies off of every room that looks out the back. Needless to say this condo was am integral part of our good memories of Cocoa Beach as we missed the final shuttle launch! :( Short walk to the Pier and cruise ship watching was pretty cool. Starfish collecting, mantee and dolphin sitings, and Stingrays swimming by us was an experience. Went to Kennedy Space Center which was a blast (pardon the pun)! Would definitely like to stay here again if we decide to return.
