Buccaneer Retreat is the perfect place for your next family reunion, wedding or big group vacation. It's got a private pool, boat dock, and room for 14 people -- all in a gorgeous custom-built house with over an acre of land. Please note, weddings require special permit.

You'll love outdoor living on our private pool courtyard, which includes a table and chairs for casual dining and plenty of poolside lounging space. And all of that isn't even including the large boat dock. The house is perfectly located just a few minutes drive to the beach or to the Mayo Clinic

The huge back yard opens to the St Johns river with large boat dock. This is certain to become your favorite spot at Buccaneer Retreat -- though it faces some stiff competition from the beautiful interior of the house! There's just so much to do out here, a nice mix of sun and shade, and entertainment for all ages. Oh -- did we mention the cushioned seating in front of the HDTV, where the guys can enjoy the game while still tending to the grill?!

When it's time to go inside, you'll be immediately charmed by the architectural details and décor of Buccaneer Retreat. This is not your typical beach house! Here you'll find unique built-ins, fine furniture, and state-of-the-art appliances. Every room is decorated beautifully. The living room is a great place for the whole gang to congregate after a busy day at the beach or sightseeing in Jacksonville.
